Both my wife and I have bought or leased cars from Feldmann Nissan for over 20 years. When we both got a call from Dan, in sales, that you were offering a "roll ahead" program, we quickly accepted the challenge. Dan and both finance and service quickly greeted us and encouraged us to look at the program and the benefit and savings we could both expect.

By the end of the visit, both my wife and I drove off with a new Sentra and a new Altima at lower monthly payments than we had on our current vehicles. Now we have two new silver Nissans sitting side by side in our garage. Can't wait to get on the road again!

Just got our two Nissan's serviced. Your service staff is amazing!, No pun intended, Rick. We could never leave Feldmann with service like this. Even members of your sales staff come visit us while were waiting.

What a great buying experience at Fledmann Import! Sales Consultant Matthew Sacks was super helpful throughout the entire process. After deciding I wanted to order the GLA 250, Matt spent a lot of time finding the exact car I was looking for with the options I wanted and kept me informed of when the car would arrive at the dealership. Overall it was the best car buying experience I have had at any dealership. Thanks again to Matt Sacks for all the help.

Our sales woman Dia was very nice, professional, and low pressure. Unfortunately when it came time to close the deal. We got passed onto the sales manager. Absolutely horrible experience after that. Not to mention a complete waste of 3 hrs. Of our time. So we left the dealership. In less than 15 minutes. The sales manager texted my wife saying they will accept our deal. Then before we got home. The sales manager texted us again. Saying the car was sold. So we tried calling when we got home. Just got voicemail. Thumbs down on this whole experience and will never waste my time going back here.

Unlike other places I ve been, they treat you well regardless of how you are dressed, your race, or your age. I hope other dealerships can learn from Feldmann s.

I spoke to Ryan in Service and they did an inspection on my used vehicle I just purchased thru an auto auction and let me know about a serious problem with the floorboards. I had previously taken it to Jiffy to get an oil change. I was grateful Ryan pointed this out me for safety reasons and I am very pleased with the service I received.

Leased a C300 last week and I have no words to express how great the staffs are working together to earn customer relations. Scott is a friendly and professional sales consultant who worked with me finding all possible options to getting me the best car. I made my option to pick the lowest possible package from a C300, however, they let me go home with a 'almost' fully loaded vehicle for the same price. Boom !! And Joe Feldmann's follow up emails are very encouraging because your feedback matters to them. I have never heard General Managers interacting with customers to know their experience but this company does it for real. My wife loved the overall experience as she was new to the leasing area. Great work team !!

Just bought my first Mercedes from Jonah Winter at Feldmann Imports. The experiance was great! From helping me sell my old car to another dealer, to complementary rides around town, and ending with a fair price, Feldmann never hesitated to make the process as easy as possible.

I was also very specific about what I wanted, and instead of trying to sell me something off their lot, the custom ordered my car for me. Although they obviosly didn't have control of the manufacturing process, the car came far ahead of schedule.

When it came to taking delivery, they explained all of the extra add-ons, but never gave me the hard sell. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership or to buy another car from them in the future.

It is what you'd expect and hope for when buying a luxury brand. Feldmann definitely lives up to the expectations and even goes a step or two further. A++++++

Thank you so much for your great customer service, this is he first time to owe Nissan car and i think i will not think again to buy because to do any work in the car is so expensive, i am comparing this to the Toyota that i have it for about 11 years, except the oil change every thing else is more costly. I purchased a certified pre owned vehicle from this dealer in 2016. I was told this vehicle had never been involved in any accidents and was provided a clean carfax, this was the only reason why I purchased this vehicle. The vehicles instrument cluster had to be replaced and was done immediately after purchase, covered under warranty. vehicle was brought in a couple of months after for a weird noise coming from the front wheels when I would steer, this was recorded and brought up to technicians who stated it was possibly caused by steering and braking at the same time, which never made sense. Vehicle was hardly driven (we only added about 26k miles - from 2016-2020 ownership) noise continued and mostly happened at low speeds so we let it go. In 2019, we decided it was time to sell/trade in for another vehicle. I pulled up the carfax report and found out that the vehicle was involved in an accident in 2015, (one year prior to our purchase) the vehicle even had to be towed. This was very upsetting because we specifically paid for a vehicle that was not involved in any accidents and the vehicles value went down significantly after being informed of that. We reached out to Feldmann several times and they finally responded after contacting the Attorney Generals Office, early 2020. Used car sales manager (Michael Pop) offered to purchase the vehicle back and would not take the accidents into account. Michael said they were being VERY generous, the offer was a joke, I went to a different dealership who offered more for my vehicle. When I brought this up to Michael they said they wouldn t pay more for it and they were being generous with their offer. He also stated that it isn t unusual for them to have vehicles involved in accidents on their CPO inventory so watch out, don t overpay for a vehicle because you will be hung out to dry when you try to sell. I will NEVER buy from this dealership again.

My regular service visit was completely painless.
I had no issues getting an appointment at a convenient time for me.The service adviser had already greeted me and verified who I was before I even exited my vehicle. She confirmed the work that I was having done that day, and what the cost would be.
While my car was being serviced I had a pleasant conversation with one of your sales reps, Chuck. We discussed the 2014 Rogue, which I would be interested in trading my 2012 Rogue for if I didn't still have 2 years left on the lease. He told me to look him up at my next oil change and we could take one out for a drive, since there weren't any on the sales floor yet (too new).
About the time we finished our conversation my car was ready to go, all washed clean and no more service reminder lights going off on the dash.

Great cars. We love Our's. Good service, pushy on adding additional purchasing of costly services and features. Expensive, but thankful that we got the warranty package. This winter was "Pothole Hellish" on tires and rims. Their financing follow through at the dealership sucks, they mailed the incentive dealership check to the wrong address or not at all and made an appointment for us to pick it up from the dealership, only to not have it for us when we arrived at a specific time that they provided. Frustrating and damaged our credit by not reporting accurately. We spent a lot of time correcting their misplaced accounting performance.

I am not easy to satisfy and look for a great deal along with a good experience at a car dealership. I got both at Feldmann. Above book trade in allowance. Fair price on a great car. I highly recommend looking up Scott Babcock as your sale rep. Not a Johnny come lately. More than a decade at the same dealership and he understands the importance of repeat business. You don't get return business, you earn it. He certainly did!

If you are planning to visit Feldman Nissan for service, ask for Ryan Dwyer. He is the best , most professional and friendly service adviser I have ever come across. He takes care of your issues and makes you feel confident about the issues at hand. The 'can do' attitude Ryan exhibits, I have never seen it anywhere else. I did have some bad experience with some other service adviser at Feldman (I dont want to name any), where they bail out if you ask any question or don't to want to own the issues and stand upto it.

What a great dealership. Dan Hunt in service was great, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I brought my laptop and worked from the waiting area while they had my car, I could have worked there all morning. There was good coffee including espresso and good snakes. I happened to show up on "customer appreciation Thursday" and they had a shoe-shiner, a masseuse, and a manicurist. Wow. P.S. They didn't charge to diagnose the car like Sears does. I'm going to Feldmann from now on.

I am 70 years old and as they say been around the block a few times, I have lived in Europe for almost 50 years only been back three years which means i lost all my credit I meet a person of all places a dog park we became friends and i found out he worked at Nissan and as teo men who love cars we talked and one day Dallas the friend and Sales man called me up for a credit check which i did not have a good one " working on building it up" so i gave him all the info he needed, his Boss JR called me after and wanted me to go down and i asked why? i could never buy a car on credit it was impossible but JR wanted me there, well folks that was the start of a long day with my best friend my dog snoopy we went to the dealer and from Dallas "new car sales", and Harold "use car sales" JR and so many people it would be impossible to name them all they at the end of a very long day i was feed,snoopy was given water and i have a 2011 Nissan car that I never dreamed I would own and this thanks to every one at Feldmann Nissan Dealership had bent over backwards to get a car for a person they did not know I thank everyone there and the Service Dept also of a wonderful job well beyond the call of duty who am I to have so many people help me I wish I knew but i will never know all I know is I walk out with a car and i am happy with what i have a car sorry this is the first time I have writing anything like this too long maybe but how can you say thank you to people you never meet before thats it folks I hope it was and is not to bad Bg thanks to every one and for those who Read this if you know some one who needs a car send them here they will be welcome with open arms

My experience with Matt at Feldmann Imports Mercedes-Benz was amazing!! I knew which vehicle I was looking for and when it arrived on the lot I reached out online. Matt texted me videos and pictures of the entire vehicle inside and out, it was exactly what I was looking for. We ended up negotiating the sale price and trade over text that evening and came in to sign the paperwork a few days later. As a busy working mom this was by far the most seamless and time efficient car purchase transaction...ever!!

My husband and I leased a 2013 Maxima from Zach in June of 2013. He was a tremendous help in describing the vehicle, showing us the features, and walking us through the leasing process. We never felt hurried in making our decision to lease the vehicle in any way. In fact, we tabled the process for an evening to think it over,
then came back the next day and finished the deal in less than an hour. He followed up several times after the sale to make sure we were happy with the vehicle and offer any assistance if we weren't. Zach is a great sales person and very easy to work with.

It s rather unfortunate I have to 1-star Feldmanns...

It s rather unfortunate I have to 1-star Feldmanns as up until recently I was rather pleased however they ve just robbed me. Let me explain.

I purchased 5 years worth of diamond infused wax and rainX a few years back with the purchase of my whip. However since then have purchase a new one. They have declined to transfer the 5 re-applications of the service and say it is because that service was registered to that car. ARE YOU SERIOUS!?

That s literally like me buying 20 rims for a car... getting a new car... and then saying hey just throw those rims on my other car please and them coming back and saying ohhh no sorry we can t do that those rims were for the other car... you re going to have to purchase another new set and also you won t get a refund for the ones already paid for

This is absurd. I will remove this bad review if you come through and act like the costumer centric company you claim to be. Any logical person can figure this one out pretty quickly. SMH.

a little over a month ago i brought my GTS to them...

a little over a month ago i brought my GTS to them cause there was a leak on the rear of the car, after inspection the bad news .... something wrong with the transmission and needed to be replaced, quoted at a little under 16k. BUT , the great Feldmann team did some research and found a campaign that stated the issue. So long story short, after long conversations with people in Germany they found the way to replace my transmission at no cost for me... The wait was totally worth after they told me this awesome news. Im not taking my GTS anywhere else but to this guys.. They were amazing. BIG THANK YOU to Greg Rupp and Don Andrews for all the help and communication.

I had done my homework well on the web and was ready to buy. I told the salesman exactly what I wanted and made what I felt was a reasonable offer. The salesman scoffed and the next thing I knew the Sales Manager appeared. He told me my offer was "ridiculous" and basically invited me to quit wasting people's time. I went straight to Morrie's where the same offer was warmly welcomed. I found the people at Feldmann to be arrogant and unprofessional. Good place to kick tires but there are several other dealers much more worthy of your business.

Feldmann offers 5 star service and truly puts their customers before anything else. My family has been buying Mercedes from Boris at Feldmann for years. The lease deals are not comparable to any local dealers. Buying a car is very easy and you never feel pressured to make a decision. Boris always puts your needs before anything else. He has always steered me in the right direction with what vehicle I should get into. The service is always the best and you don't get this kind of care from any other dealer.

Bought a CPO GL here and have found the service department to be outstanding. It's easy to get appointments and loaner vehicles when needed. The service advisors are responsive and the facility is great, it's very easy to spend an hour there during a tire rotation, etc.

I ve kept on getting contacted by Molly regarding the vehicle that I was interested in. I told her that I currently live out of town and will be back on Wednesday. Still kept on getting follow up emails etc. Finally when I ve moved back she contacted me AGAIN, we set up an appointment for the same day. She assured me that the vehicle was still available. Upon arrival, and after waiting for 10 min ( even with appointment) I ve been told that the vehicle was sold. A total waste of my drive there, she could have at least call/text/email me to let me know that the vehicle was sold. The following day, she had the audacity to text me stating that I ve missed my appointment. I ve told her that I came but the car was sold, she proceeded to say that she unfortunately works in a different building and doesn t know the inventory nor statues of each vehicle. It s a joke.

This was by far the best and most convenient car buying experience I have ever had. Matthew Sack my sales consultant handled everything flawlessly. I went on there website found the car I liked, filled out all the paper work and within minuets Matt started answering my email and had the buying process started. By mid afternoon my financing was approved and complete. If your looking to buy a quality new or used car without any pressure Matthew Sack is the salesman you want to ask for. I now own a great car and they have a customer for life. Thank you Matt.

Just purchased our first vehicle from Feldmann Nissan our sales person Ben Rost did a fantastic job from beginning to end. We had a great experience with the accessory sales person and also Jenna in Finance.

Class act even had the capability of printing our license plate on site and attaching to new vehicle before we left the lot.

Love the fact that purchasing a vehicle from Feldmann Nisssan provides for free airport shuttle with a safe place to leave my vehicle even if you are not having service performed on that particular date. What a great benefit.

We purchased a new 2014 Murano and look forward to driving it for many years to come.

College finance major currently and I bought an sl55 amg (still a thrill to get into the car). Being a low sitting car in the middle of a Minnesota winter, I ended up hitting some ice sitting high off the ground which effectively destroyed the bottom half of my bumper and damaged my oil cooler.
I decided to go straight to feldmann because I have seen my parents buy cars from there before and I felt it was the best decision.
I was told the day after dropping it off that I had 5000 dollars worth of damage by their body people (LaMettry's), including frame damage and this that and another. Needless to say I was shocked because I have drove MB my whole life, know about cars and I couldn't believe not only they straight lied, but tried to take advantage of me.

They told me they would give me a rental until my car was repaired but even though I own a $130,000 Mercedes, I'd have to take a Nissan because I'm 21. Their justification was decent, but come on...I thought being a Mercedes owner meant something, especially at the dealership but apparently not.

After calling them out on the lie, I got out the door for 960 (give or take) with my oil cooler replaced.
5000 to under a thousand? Little fishy. This is the first MB I have purchased myself and I must mention that EVERYONE at the dealership was courteous, helpful and friendly and for that, I rate this as an ok experience but being a finance major and knowing about cars, don't go here unless you know a thing or two before walking in the doors cause they WILL try and get whatever they can, exaggerate the situation, and it will be at your expense.
Not a good way to deal with a young (21 yrs), first time Mercedes-Benz owner....

For me, dealing with mechanics/dealerships, knowing that the masses already have rightfully preconceived notions about how the experience might unfold, honesty goes a long way. Never felt like I was being told exactly what I was dealing with.

This would be my second time purchasing a vehicle from Feldmann Imports Mercedes-Benz. They go above and beyond with helping you find the right vehicle that meets all of your needs. And the superior service doesn't stop when you drive off the lot. It extends to when you come in for routine maintenance or service on your Mercedes. Zachary J. House was fantastic at answering all of my questions and worked with my schedule for purchasing my 2016 GLA 250. Greg Clark was fantastic as well, helping me pick out the perfect car and even remembered I prefer white with black interiors. To me, this means a lot when a dealership goes out of their way to get to know their clients and not treat you like a dollar sign, but work to get a relationship with their clients. I will continue to purchase Mercedes-Benz and will continue to go to Feldmann Imports. Highly recommend for anyone looking to have a great experience.

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! Jack Woodring and his team are outstanding and I highly recommend them. I bought my MB from out of state so I expected hiccups. Jack and his team were ready for every question and request I had. I never had a doubt that my business was important to them. Jor Cha is also outstanding. She handled the financing, warranty and options with ease and made sure I was clear on every point. Friendly and professional. And I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the outstanding walkthrough of my new car by Naomi Hinojos. This car has more tech than some fighter jets. Naomi familiarized me with everything and answered EVERY question I had, and I had a lot of questions. I can't imagine a better car buying experience. I tip my hat and offer my sincere thanks to you Jack, Chor and Naomi. Your customer service is second to none in my book!

Just great people working to help and be great at what they do. I'd they say they will call they do. BACKGROUND:

BACKGROUND:
I purchased a 2012 E350 certified pre owned (CPO). I had been looking for a few months. The used car manager Aaron Schoenack and I had exchanged a few emails (given my busy schedule) and a couple of calls. I also visited the dealership. I am an experienced driver and know exactly what I want; the E350 provided the balance of ride, power and handling I wanted. The contenders were Lexus GS350 (awesome interior, poor handling, best CPO warranty), BMW 535 and Audi S4/A6 (all had awesome power and handling, but a lousy CPO warranty), the BMW having the added disadvantage of an incredibly poor interior. The Mercedes E350 was the best balance of all the factors mentioned.

ASSESSMENT OF SALESPERSON: YEFIM (BORIS) PERELMAN
The sales experience was excellent. I would rate Boris as a 10/10 on each of the following points easygoing, knowledgeable, easy to work with, NON rushed, NON pushy, went out of his way to provide information, EXCELLENT after sales service, help with learning the car s functionality.

ASSESSMENT OF SALES MANAGER AND PRICING: AARON SCHOENACK
I was in the unusual position of having connected with the sales manager instead of the salesperson first. I would rate Aaron as a 10/10 on each of the following points easy to work with, NON rushed, NON pushy, worked with me on providing pricing that worked for me. I know a lot about cars and pricing, I really appreciated the way Aaron worked with me on this deal.

ASSESSMENT OF FINANCE MANAGER AND FINANCING: MICHAEL GITTINS
I would rate Michael as a 10/10 as well. I appreciate the fact that although several products were showcased, none were forced onto me and in fact, he was actually trying to get me all I needed, and not necessarily what the dealer wanted to sell. THIS is a huge deal for me. Michael just asked me for the add ons I wanted and then proceeded to provide just that. I already had excellent financing from my credit union; he proceeded to beat that handily. This is the first time I ve EVER used dealer financing; and only so because Michael went out of his way to get my business; the right way.

ASSESSMENT OF DEALERSHIP:
The dealership was extremely clean; the facilities for both sales as well as service customers are nice.

ASSESSMENT OF SERVICE: SERVICE DEPARTMENT
I just bought the car a week ago; so I am unable to comment on this aspect yet.

CONCLUSION:
In short, I consider the overall experience as divided into salesperson, sales manager, price, service, the finance manager, financing and the overall dealership. I am not a person to hand out full scores easily, but in this case, I would make an exception. I would rate everyone and everything 10/10 at Feldmann Mercedes in terms of the overall experience.

I was recently in for my first service check on my 2012 Maxima. I traded in my 2009 which was also purchased through Feldmann and leased this new 2012 maxima in Feb. I have always had great expereiences at Feldmann. Our first purchase ever from the dealer was a mercedes sedan. We worked with Angel M. After a few years i came back in to look at Maxima's and even though Angel worked with Mercedes he still was very helpful over at the Nissan dealership. We have built a relationship with the dealership through Angel. Now i am on my second Maxima and love it. The service people are great and our last sales rep Mr. Hayes was great as well! I continue to send all of my friends and family to this honest, trustworthy, and most importantly friendly dealership! They are awesome!
