Staff were not interested in answering or acknowledging questions. I even feel as if I was lied to as the questions I asked pertained to a very specific car that I custom-built using the online car builder. The salesperson spoke as if this car existed, which it did not according to their inventory. The General Manager even reached out, asked me for specific feedback and then did nothing with it. This led to a series of emails where Joe Feldmann choose the unprofessional route.

This is not the first time I have issues with this dealer. The first time we came for a test drive and the salesperson was more interested in driving the car, for whatever reason. Luckily it didn't last long because she couldn't figure out how the car worked and when the thing finally started moving the engine light came on and for whatever reason the wipers wouldn't turn-off. We promptly left the dealership and bought two Audi's.

For a dealership that states that they have legendary service and roll out the red-carpet; I haven't seen it. I would recommend people avoid this dealer, Mercedes-Benz of St Paul or Sears Imports would be far better options if you want responsive sales people that will actually earn your business.

Took Armada in for a package coupon for oil change...

Took Armada in for a package coupon for oil change, wash, vacuum, wiper replacement, fluid check, etc. for general maintenance.

In general, Feldmann's did a very good job. Everything was completed on a general level, staff was very informative, nice, well trained. Impeccable shop area.

However, to be outstanding, means to pay attention to all details.

Two examples. While my vehicle was vacuumed out somewhat, they failed to simply unclick the passenger seats to pull them up to vacuum out from underneath them. This is lever action seat (not actually pull out the seat) to truly complete the task.

Second example, oil change was completed as described. Invoice said what work was completed, how much oil, etc. However, you normally get some form of sticker either on the inside of the door or on windshield to state when the oil was changed and mileage or when next oil change is to be completed. This simply was not done. Can I track this myself? Absolutely, but simple notice to these details makes an impression on every customer.

So, overall very good service. However, I can't give outstanding service approval. Will it keep me from going back? No. Knowing that labor rates to fix vehicles is in excess of $110 these days, I expect outstanding.

I have two experiences with Feldmann Imports service department to review:

The first. Thinking there would be no better place to have a quality car detailed than at a Mercedes Benz dealer service department, I took my late model mint condition Corvette to Feldmann for detailing. The result was shocking. All interior surfaces, originally flat black, were glistening with an applied chemical. They were shiny to such a degree, that the dash board reflected the sun into the windshield and drivers vision. The exterior, by contrast, had the worst wax application I have seen, with many patches of non polished wax evident on all surfaces.

I nevertheless continued to use their service department through today. Now I am done. My wife left her E350 at Feldmann for oil change and routine service today. While driving home smoke started pouring from the engine compartment. She stopped, called Feldmann, and was told to bring the car in for checking within the next two days. Feldmann promised to call back with an appointed time. When she arrived at home the engine was completely bathed in oil, smoke filled our garage, no oil showed on the dip stick and oil pooled on the garage floor. Permanent damage? Who knows? Feldman towed the car back to their shop. I won't go back.

After moving the snow-enriched environs of the Twin Cities, I needed a vehicle with all-wheel drive. I loved my old 2008 E550 but alas, it did not have 4Matic AWD. So I set out to get a newer E-class that could handle the brutal midwest winters. Searching online, I found a certified pre-owned 2011 E550 4Matic from the Feldmann Imports Website (which had great internet-enhanced customer service.) When I arrived at Feldmann Imports, Mr. Boris Perelman had the vehicle pulled up near the door, reserved for my test drive. He took the time to give me in-depth details about the car's performance and the unique features of this class of the Mercedes lineup. His insight and dedication to service is unparalleled! Kudos and a hearty thanks to Boris for such professionalism and dedication to service!

I have had the worst experience at this dealership. Bought a new overpriced car four years ago and recently I received a follow up promotion email to upgrade; which reminded me of their service. Sales man I worked with was not helpful once I paid for the car; had a few questions about tech but he was not interested to help with that. After I drove the car home; I noticed that it has no floor mats! I didn t follow up on the missing floor mat issue right away (didn t want to go back!). I went back few months later to check if windshield crack is on the warranty; I mentioned to the service personnel about the missing floor mats at that time; who stated I should have brought up the issue earlier!

Excellent services, excellent people!

My lease was coming to end in about three months with Rogue (previous lease was Altima), and with new addition on the way we needed to upgrade once again to fit our growing family. We checked out the place for the first time (last two was from Wayzata Nissan), and was VERY impressed with Jim from the first time we met. I, as a Deaf person, he showed true comfort and was happy to work with us, and tried gesturing, explaining things to me about the Armanda vehicle. Amazing guy! BEST services I have ever received in my entire life, definitely better than Wayzata Nissan. My husband and I are HAPPY to come back and do our business with Feldmann Nissan again in the future. We did go ahead and do Armanda lease.

I recently got my new Armanda in for oil change, and once again, AMAZING services. TRULY great people throughout-- services department as well as part department, the lady that my son loves! They were able to diagnosis the problem and replace the sensor that went bad-- under warranty, for free. We also purchased pre-paid oil change and tire rotation- it was nice going there, enjoy the hot chocolate drinks, and free car wash! THANK YOU for excellent services and for having GREAT people represent your business well.

It all happened so fast.. I was strongly looking at a competitor based out of Wayzata, with intentions of buying from them within a couple days, I called up feldmans and Nathan Tufvesson picked up. He was unbelievable, he immediately sensed my urgency and matched it.. I was so pleased with the level of service and attention to detail, I committed to buying the car after 20 minutes of sitting down with him.. he went above and beyond delivery amazing experience and of course the price was right too. I usually go to sears import for services and such for my cars, I will now be making the little bit longer drive to visit Feldmans (especially on Thursday's )

I purchased a Mercedes last year from Feldmann's, the experience was professional and quick. However I think the truly best experience at this dealer is the experience after the purchase. I can't say enough about how each person is very professional and courteous. In particular, Cory Schultz is outstanding. He is always cordial and responsive to questions concerning my car. There is no pressure to fix things that are not necessary and I can rely on Cory to make sure my car is safe and reliable. He is top notch !! I will be purchasing more cars in the future and will think of Feldmann's first. I will always have my car serviced at this dealership. Keep up the great work!

I don't keep going to Feldmann Nissan for service repairs because they are the cheapest. I go because I am always taken care of, I always get straight answers, and they get you in and out accordingly. The free Starbucks and cookies help as well!

I have been with Mercedes Benz for four years now....

I have been with Mercedes Benz for four years now. I unfortunately recently moved out of state and am receiving sub-optimal support which has prompted me to give credit to Feldmann Imports, as the entire team has been excellent throughout the years. Ryan, the Service Sales Rep, has been outstanding and he is even helping me with my issues in Music City (TN). This is going above and beyond. Ryan, and his team, have always provided top-notch support which includes: friendliness, attentiveness, helping me not pay more than I ever need, clearly explaining any associated costs, worry-free car drop-offs and pick-ups, and letting me know when I can plan on needing future repairs or service visits so I can plan accordingly in advance. I really miss Feldmann Imports. On the car sales end, Yosef and Sara are who I have dealt with and James, for getting the best rate loan. I wish all of them could be transplanted down to where I am now because Mercedes Benz of Music City could use the training! In an effort to remain positive: please know that you will NOT be disappointed by anything in this location. They all excel at their jobs and make the investment more than worthwhile. Thank you all for your support throughout the years!

P.s. I can see myself driving my vehicle up to Bloomington just to get new tires or other big purchases in the future :). That's NOT a joke!

I avoid dealerships because they are expensive and none is located near my home. I used Feldmann Nissan because the vehicle I own was under warrantee. I was pleasantly surprised. It was easy to make an appointment, the check-in was smooth and the shuttle service back home was great. Everything was done well. The shuttle service is the key in my opinion. They dropped me off at home, called when the repair was done, and picked me up at home when I wanted to retrieve the car. With this level of customer service I am likely to use them again.

He was able to help me find a vehicle that was tailored to my wishes and I ended up choosing one that was a better fit. He is very responsive and kind. Everyone at Feldmann was extremely helpful and conscientious of our time. Matthew Sack did an amazing job finding a vehicle in our price range with everything we asked. He didn't seem to mind how often I changed my mind on color either. He was very straight forward with our options and what was being offered. To create an even better experience he worked on our paperwork and finances prior to getting into the finance department so as not to waste any of our time. Feldmann has our business for sure!!

We went to Feldmann's to look at a ML350 BlueTec, they just sold the last one in stock; but our salesman Greg was wonderful; He called the owner of the one he just sold to see if we could test drive it....we did and LOVED it...we ordered ours on Monday July 16th and picked it up on the 21st. Amazed at the customer service in both the sales and service side. We scheduled to have the ML tinted today when we were in the area as we live 2 hours away. We will continue to bring our service back to Feldmann's and especially to Greg in Sales & Cory in Service. Amanda from the Nissan side in Accessories is top notch! Troy in Finance gets everything taken care of with no issues.

I recently purchased a Benz at the beginning of th...

I recently purchased a Benz at the beginning of the year near Chicago. I am from the Minneapolis area and drove down to get a limited edition luxury model that was one of the only ones 500 miles from me. Long story short when I got home there was one major problem with my Benz. There was oil all over my garage! Immediately took it to the closest dealer (Feldmenn's) and met Dan Hunt in service, which I will tell you about him here soon. They discovered a seal bad that was missed by the other dealership, which the Chicago dealership paid Feldmenn's in full ($850) to replace as it was not covered under warranty. Garth the mechanic who has worked with Mercedes for decades is definitely who you wan't working on your precious car and he was a pleasure explaining and showing me what they had missed on an inspection. Fast forward 5 months later and 10K miles later I was due for regular maintenance. This cost of an oil change they call service "b" will run you a good $520+. So if you are contemplating buying a new Benz, make sure you can afford that oil change price as it's important to take care of this car OR you will have MANY problems. Follow the recommended maintenance by the book!! Anyways, Dan Hunt in service is one of the best guys I've ever worked with. I've owned a Lincoln, Cadillac, Chevy and Chrysler in my short lifetime of 22 years. Dan Hunt is one of the BEST service advisor's I've ever worked with. There is a catch, since I am under 25 they will not loan cars to me. Funny though as they will pay for me to get an Enterprise rental at the MSP airport or they will pay for my Uber 35 miles one way and pick me back up. They need to get new insurance or change their policies as it's discrimination when you are over 21. Like in New York all car rental companies are required to rent to persons over 18. It's a legal gray area that rental companies tread water over due to "insurance reasons"... Listen here, If I own my own Mercedes and pay thousands of dollars to their service department, I expect a little more than a Toyota Prius to get me from point A to B like everyone over 25 that get's a Mercedes rental. Sounds like I'm complaining but I pay for this luxury, let's step it up! However, that has nothing to do with Dan Hunt in service or Garth. It's their insurance, so Joe Feldmenn if you are ever reading this, I've got 3 years left of regular service before I hit 25 so let's figure something out. It's the biggest disappointment as it's really an inconvenience.

UPDATE 6/11/19: Today I received a call from a Joe at Feldmann Imports, Informing me of the switch of insurance providers. I am pretty amazed at the initiative their management took to get that switched. Drivers now 21+ will be able to use their Mercedes loaners and not forced to use uber or a rental from MSP airport which took hours of extra time out of my day to arrange. THANK YOU! 5 STARS all around.

We recently worked with Philip Trovato at Feldmann and had a fantastic experience. He listened to what our family needed and worked with us to get us into a great Altima. Our experience in dealing with Feldmann has been great so far - everyone from Phil to the financing team to the service and accessories staff, even the front desk staff, were all top notch. Difficulties having salespersons meet for test drives. One car we drove smelled strongly of smoke and it had been on the lot for a while. We tried to find a car to fit for nearly five months. We finally went and brought a brand new Jaguar from Land Rover Minneapolis and we love it!

Response to dealer response: The dealership replied that the car had not been detailed before we test drove it. We were told that it had been on the lot for a while already and this was why the smoke smell had reappeared. The lack of communication within the whole establishment, and their response, reaffirms our decision of not purchasing a car here.

I write this as a new owner of a 2012 fully loaded...

I write this as a new owner of a 2012 fully loaded Nissan Rogue that I purchased from Feldmann Nissan.

Because I've never bought a BRAND NEW vehicle before, I did a ton of research of what to buy, how to buy and where to buy. It appeared that I had settled on a dealership in Burnsville until I received a call from Wendy of Feldmann's Internet sales team wanting to talk to me about my interest. I avoided her calls for a few days but I finally answered the phone and I'm glad that I did. She was awesome to talk to and it was because of how we clicked in our first conversation was the reason I gave Feldmann a shot.

Wendy connected me with Rebecca Yelle, as she thought Rebecca would be the best fit for me. I came to the dealership a bit reserved. Rebecca was great. We test drove the car, I thanked her for her time and decided on the drive home that because of that first experience that I would buy from Feldmann.

I called her 2 days later and set an appointment to purchase. Because I had a trade in, I expected the appointment to take several hours. From boots in the door to boots out the door, the entire process took 45 minutes. That included the trade in evaluation, the offer/counter-offer, and final purchase agreement that I was happy with.

Here's what's important to say to perspective car buyers about Feldmann:

1. Compared to other dealerships I've worked with in the past, Rebecca Yelle didn't spend the entire time in the car during the test drive trying to convince me that this was the car for me. She just talked to me about my life, interests, etc. Financing, credit applications, or even payment plans were NEVER mentioned. She only answered specific questions about the car when I asked.

2. When I returned to the dealership with the intention of making a purchase, my sales person maintained that friendliness with me. Her sales manager, Gary, was equally as friendly and gentle. The offer/counter-offer interaction was reasonable and respectful. I'll admit that I was a bit aggressive in what I wanted for my bottom line and was very surprised when it was accepted with enthusiasm by the sales team without any talking around in circles, shady sales tactics of making me sit in the middle of the showroom floor, etc. I felt like the prospect of my relationship with them was valuable and they were willing to make me as comfortable as possible.

3. I came to pick up the car last night and was greeted with smiles, congratulations, and hand shakes by various members of the Feldmann team. My new car had been detailed and was waiting at the front door for me. Rebecca spent a lot of time teaching me about my car, how to work the various technologies, how to pair my iPhone to the bluetooth, and who to call for servicing. At the end, she handed me the keys, gave me a hug and sent me on my way.

This was the single most positive car buying experience I've ever had. I wish I had known of Feldmann in my earlier years.

Christian was knowledgeable, friendly, and super-efficient. I was on my way again in a very short time - truly a wonderful experience despite unpleasant circumstances!

I bought a new Mercedes E350 at Feldmann Imports on December 26. I worked with Boris who was recommended by my friends(they have been his customers for years). Having some experience in the past I expected a kind of tough negotiation. I have to say that Boris made the whole process a breath. He really surprised me by going the extra mile in many directions. He found a way to improve the deal even after I completely won over. When I talk about surprises I mean things that cost money like significantly discounted maintenance. Before I decided on a Mercedes I visited Lexus and BMW dealerships to test their cars.I liked all the cars I tried. The deciding factor for me to end with Mercedes was the trust I felt in Boris. I would definitely recommend him to my friends.

I purchased a used car back in January, they told me the vehicle had 2 keys. After signing the paperwork they couldn't find the second key. Said they would get me one, it has been 4 months and I still don't have it. Also the detailing done on the car was terrible I know it was a used vehicle but still when you lift up the rear seats and find garbage and food and an e-cig rolls out from under the seat when driving, that is BS, their detail department needs to do a better job on cleaning cars before putting them up for sales. I had to take it back to have them clean up the extra rubbing compound they got all over the trim that wasn't noticeable until the vehicle was washed. I also brought it back to have them replace the wiper blades that were falling apart, I thought they do a multipoint inspection before selling cars?. I love my car but am not impressed with the way they do business. Maybe its because I purchased a used car and not a brand new one. The people there are all very nice but you shouldn't have to go through this crap when you purchase a vehicle.

In response to the owner:
So does every car you sell at Feldmann's only come with one key? Every car that I have ever purchased has always had 2.
I asked when purchasing the car on 2 separate occasions if it had 2 keys and was told it did, that is why it was not in the deal. After I signed the papers they couldn't find the second key said when they found it they would get it to me. Lies............. they never had the second key to begin with.

Over 2 hours for a oil change? Generally pretty good service, But this has happen twice now, And we had an appointment besides. It always looks to me that they're short on help? Might want to hire some more people.

The service is excellent...stepping out of the car...

The service is excellent...stepping out of the car and being greeted immediately...the lounge is very comfortable and they really make you feel welcome. They are fast and efficient. They do not try to do work that is not needed and they always give you a quote on items they may suggest. I had my oil changed today and it was another fine experience!! Thank you to all the service and sales people at Feldman.

I was very happy with my experience at Feldmann Imports. Titan, our sales professional, was very courteous, low pressure, accommodating, and gracious. We're extremely happy with our purchase.

This was a great departure from our experience with BMW and Motorworks, which was the exact opposite of our experience with Mercedes Benz. Do yourself a favor, if your considering BMW and Motorworks...think again...drive down the street to Feldmann Imports!

I have owned 11 different Mercedes, C class, E class, ML class and S class. In my last twelves years of Mercedes Benz ownership, when ever I have needed a last minute unscheduled service, I have always brought my vehicles to Feldmann's as they have the most accommodating, and courteous staff who provide good feedback, assistance with next scheduled maintenance, and outstanding customer service. Jeff Wilson met me at the car with a very friendly greeting an proceeded to walk me through the paper work in very short order. As I made the appointment at the last minute, I waited for the service which was scheduled to be comp,eted in 90 minutes, Jeff kept me updated on the service process and any pending issues that were found on the vehicle. There is good wifi and coffee in the lounge so keep the waiting customers remain involved with work.The service was done quickly and I was courteously greeted as I left the dealership. Jeff is a big asset to Feldmanns. It is a pleasure to have Feldmanns Mercedes close to my work to get my servicing needs completed in a timely manner.

I just bought my first Mercedes from Greg Clark. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the car. It was the easiest transaction I have done in a long time. There was no pressure and Greg was extremely professional. My new car has 7200 miles and I paid the same price that competing dealerships had for cars with 20,000+ miles. They are taking car of the prep details as we speak but judging from first impressions, I am going to like working with the Feldmann team. By the way, Patrick in finance was fun to talk to. He explained the finance details in easy to understand terms. I am very impressed with the dealership and would recommend if you are going to buy a Mercedes, talk to Greg Clark!

I came into your dealership after having issues with my 2012 Rogue SV almost immediately with my tire icon going off several times, four to be exact since I bought my vehicle on 1-1-14. (not from you from another dealership), I also experienced an odor that smelled like, "rubber burning." I also was experiencing what I viewed as poor gas mileage, getting 17.8 MPG and almost all my driving is highway. I also thought my ride seemed rather rough.

I was able to speak with the service advisor/manager a Hugh Hefferan, who set up an appointment immediately for me as these complaints had been an ongoing problem. Mr. Hefferan greeted me with the utmost respect, active listening, and concern as I explained my trials and tribulations which I had with my vehicle. He seemed truly interested as I attempted to explain what my issues had been since my first tire icon appeared, odd smells, poor mileage and what seemed like a very rough ride with this SUV. He also was kind enough to review my extended warranty that I had purchased (not from them, but from another dealership) and go into further detail (by calling this company) and asking as to what I actually had as an extended warranty. He had his, "shop foreman," also speak with me, and hear first hand ALL my concerns, as he was the gentleman who would be overseeing the inspection of my Rogue. I must say I felt like I was the only customer that they were dealing with that evening. They made me feel confident that I would be receiving answers to my exact questions, and if not, they were ready to give reflection as to what could be causing these issues. The answer was all four of my tires were, "cupping," The issue with that odor, as they did smell something so the shop foreman sprayed a deodorizer on the micro filter.

I must say that all the time there was WELL SPENT at this dealership. I walked away with 100% confidence that they truly cared about me as a customer, and getting answers to all my many concerns. The kindness, expertise of their combined knowledge of the Rogue, along with their candor, and integrity really showed their outstanding customer service. I will pass on this information to all that have any concerns about their Nissan vehicles as this shop leave others dealers....let's say in need of Good Customer Service. Thank you again Feldmann Nissan Team, " you done OUTSTANDING!!!!!"

I am amazed at how positive my experiences at Feldmann Mercedes have been! I have owned four Mercedes-Benz vehicles, purchased from Scott Babcock and serviced by Greg Rupp, John Pheiffer and Jeff Wilson. Customer service - from the initial sales contact with Scott who totally understands my needs and satisfies them perfectly; to the maintenance folks - Greg Rupp, John Pheiffer and Jeff Wilson - who address exactly every mechanical issue with my vehicle, is stellar. They each go the extra mile to be certain I am satisfied. This personalized quality attention to detail has negated the need to shop the other two MB dealers in town -- I simply head over to Feldmann's each time, knowing my I will receive the best price and service possible. It takes the guesswork and agony out of purchasing and maintaining a quality automobile.

My experience at Feldmann Nissan was AMAZING! They were very quick to respond with any questions and truly went out of their way to be sure I was a more than satisfied client. My salesman, Jim Hayes, was a pleasure to work with. I was actually purchasing a car from out of state (Maryland) and they made it flawless for me. The finance man Patrick, was worked his hardest to show me the right numbers! I couldn t be more pleased with this dealership. This is the 4th car I have purchased from them while living in 2 other states and don t ever see that changing!

I have purchased several vehicles from several different "big name" and local dealerships over the years. I have NEVER experienced customer service like I did at Feldmann Imports! From the moment I walked in, I was treated like royalty.

I worked with Jack Woodring and he made my experience incredible! I arrived hoping to look at a certain vehicle I saw online, however, that vehicle had just sold. Jack showed me a different vehicle that was the same price and had more safety features and aligned more with my needs. He was never pushy and was extremely honest with me. He made me feel like I was a VIP.

I never knew that I would be able to afford a classy car, but Feldmann's makes it possible! Their facility is top notch, clean, and the services they offer their guests is second to none. Their detail department can take an older vehicle and make it look brand new again. It's truly amazing!

If you are in the market for a vehicle, please go check out Feldmann Imports and ask for Jack Woodring. You won't regret it! I will be back to purchase another vehicle from them in the future!

I used to think highly of this dealer and how honest and loyal to their clients, but lately they pushed me away with their service and honest ! Few incidents recently that made us selling one of my 2 MB cars and became a BMW as I purchased X5 ($44,500) instead of upgrading as we were planning to do !
One of my 2 MB cars needed a service, but sadly they refused to give me a loaner car (They said nothing was available & they are not offering a loaner for this service any more) I was disappointed due to the time limitation & I was not told from the beginning over the phone. I had to accept the shuttle service and that was a haseel, as the guy was late 2.5hrs for pick up. He called me and left me a voicemail, so I called him back a minute later, but I was able to find a rid. It was funny because the customer Rep. told me that, he can take you anywhere, but that was a lie as the guy was rushing over the phone, and mentioned to me that he is behind and once I told him "Thnx I got a ride, he said thnx u and hang up the phone :( !
I was supposed to pick up my son & drive to the dealer to pick up my car.
I had issues with the light as they needed adjustments, and fog lights wont work, and or one of them do ! They did the diagnostic, got it fixed. The lights still needed adjustment as they didn't even looked at it (Shouting high & not leveled out straight) and the fog lights stopped again the next day ! I paid 2x for the same issues. It just bad experience one after another and I might need a book for more stories.
Sad, I Liked MB and wanted to upgrade after driving their loaners cars,. Even though, I have mentioned upgrading, but they pushed us away with lack of loyalty, honesty and value their customer.

Seems to be a theme.. guess I should have asked 4x times if the vehicle was available instead of 3x. Set up appointment to see a specific vehicle and told it was available. When I showed up, they had taken a deposit on the vehicle 2 days ago and it was sold.Complete waste of time.

I was not aware that I was due for a major service and, when told it would be 1-1/2 hours, I waited. As usual, my car service was completed within that time frame - even a little earlier. I am totally satisfied with the service and attention given to me by Feldmann and would recommend them highly.
