I would give zero stars if possible. I made an appointment to view a vehicle, was on time, only to be told that the service technician had taken it home for the evening to finish the inspection. Nobody from Feldmann cared to call and let me know. We are a two Mercedes family, with loyalty to the brand, but I recommend going to Sears or Maplewood after this experience. Sales person who I made the appointment with didn t need to do any work, just have the courtesy to pick up the phone or send an email. Feldmann just didn t do it. Lazy and rude! Took 2 hours out of my night, and didn t want to sell me vehicle! Definitely an example of how to not run a business!
* 8/6/18 - This is an update to my review on 8/2/18. I originally gave Feldmann 1 Star (because I was not allowed to give it zero). I am changing my rating to 3 stars, because after I called and spoke with Mike Popp, he arranged for Esther Odland to bring the vehicle to me to test drive. I appreciated the Feldmann employees doing this, after I requested it, making it seem like they wanted my business. As of now, I have put a deposit on the vehicle I originally went in to see last week, and hopefully everything will work out. The car had not yet gone through reconditioning or detail, so I have to wait to see what happens.
8/23/18 - Back to zero stars. I purchased this vehicle on 8/11/18, waited for delivery until 8/18/18 because work still hadn t been completed that we requested on 8/3/18. Upon delivery, the paintwork that was agreed upon not be completed. Feldmann offered to let me bring it in, show the manager, and try to figure something out. This repair was agreed upon in the purchase order, my wife has had the car for 5 days, although we paid for it on 8/11/18. Wife was denied a loaner vehicle while the work was being done the first time, and the work wasn t completed. Now requested to have it done, again, and denied a loaner vehicle again. It is a Mercedes-Benz certified pre owned ML350, not an inexpensive car. What a terrible experience this has been. Sears Imported Autos never treated us like this. Sent a message to the manager on Tuesday, still no follow up.
