Purchasing a car from Feldmann Imports was the best car buying experience I ve had! I will certainly recommend the dealership to friends and family. Everything was explained in detail and questions were answered to our satisfaction. Everyone from sales to financing to the walk-through of the vehicle was very personable and knowledgable. The red carpet treatment when we picked up the car was so much fun!
Excellent all around but Jack Woodring deserves extra accolades for being the nicest salesman out there. Great working with you Jack!

Must be under new ownership or management the customer service has dropped off significantly since took delivery of our new car the service department employees are rude and high pressure sale people when we were thinking of getting a new car the sales person seemed like I was bothering him he told me he would call me back and never did so we bought another new car from a competitor

I had a headlight out on my twenty-tenC300 and issues with my rear blinker. They got me in quickly, told me what was wrong with my blinker (corroded wire) and put in a new headlight and didn't charge me. Awesome service!!

Dan Maher found me the perfect Sentra! I love my new car and the process was easy. Dan had the papers drawen up quicken and he explained all of the features to me in the car. The visual explanation was handy and appreciated.

Feldmann's has become a family to us. We've purchased cars here for years and we know the staff. Oil changes, etc., are easy to get and wait for. We have never had a bad experience.

I want to relay how very happy I am with Feldmann Imports and my buying and service experiences. I just took delivery of my 4th new Mercedes vehicle from Feldmann Imports since 2015. The sales and service staff is always friendly, competent, and respectful of my time. My Salesman, Matthew Sack, is detailed, listens to me, and was fair in making sure I was happy. Matt is a professional in every way. I also very much appreciate Tom Ogle, the Sales Manager, who has always taken good care of me.
I recommend Feldmann Imports to my friends, who have also bought new cars from them recently.
Thank you Matt, Tom, and all at Feldmann's for an outstanding experience.

Feldmann Nissan has such a nice service building! ...

Feldmann Nissan has such a nice service building! It was recently built and upgraded, so their waiting area is clean and new. I actually look forward to getting my car serviced there for that reason. Ryan Dwyer has been my service advisor for 4 years now, and I feel so lucky to have someone I can trust with my car. He doesn't try to sell me unncessary parts or service. Being a female, it's very easy for males in the car business to take advantage of my inexperience and lack of car knowledge, so I feel so lucky to have a consistent service advisor that looks out for me. I have referred many friends and family members to Ryan Dwyer and will continue to do so.

He has also been helpful to me following my recent purchase of a car at Feldmann s. Paul and John have taken care of me and have alway...

Paul and John have taken care of me and have always been very customer orientated BUT I was having a problem with my catalytic converter, both of them! The first one I paid for after being gone for 13 months on a military deployment. When the second one went the service manager called and came to the conclusion that bad gas may have been the problem while I was gone. He had talked with the General Manager and they offered to replace the second catalytic converter at no charge. Well I picked the car up yesterday AFTER it was sent thru the exterior wash and it was nice to pull in the garage and not hear the metal noise under the vehicle! He is what I recieved from the General Manager "Thanks again for the opportunity to serve you!" Thank you Joe to you and your TEAM....

Staff is good but the environment is like you are dealing with the local mechanic shop. They almost took 4 days to fix minor issue in my car. Also When I called at the official Mercedes tall free number number and asked for new key price they told me around 250 to make another key and here they charged me 403 for key, when they fixed my car and gave it back to me at that time front number plate was missing, and also i was able to see one dent and scratch on my car on back side , and i am sure that happened in Mercedes-Benz service center only so overall i felt like I am dealing with the local mechanic shop not a Mercedes service center. But 3 stars for the persons who are working on the desks in service department. They are very helpful and nice person. But really not happy with car service.

I have been going there for 10+ years and purchase...

I have been going there for 10+ years and purchased most of the vehicles from them.

The service department is very good and reasonably priced. Jesse and Bryan are great and go above and beyond what they are supposed to do. Neither of them are pushy or aggresive and do not try and sell you stuff that you don't need. Most of the staff is polite and seem to care about your time.

The waiting lounge is comfortable with many TV'S, snacks, water and one of the best coffee machines in town.

I cannot imagine going to any other dealership for anything.

I have had my pre-owned 2013 C 300 S into your service department twice in the last three weeks. Both times I mentioned that the tire inflation monitor kept telling me that the tire inflation was not correct. Both times when I left, I received the form, with all the blocks pre-checked, I might note, and neither time was the tire inflation corrected. Perhaps the inflation monitor is wrong, but the tire inflation number was not indicated on the form. Not the most serious problem I have ever had, but still annoying.

The worst buying experience ever. We walked around the showroom for awhile, no one greeted us , my husband and I had to find someone to help. We knew what car and year we wanted. The salesman Matthew was kind but never followed up on things we asked and we are still waiting on the we owe you!!

When we were closing on the deal, we were told a different amount from our salesman which we went to our bank and got a Certified check and then the amount was wayyyy off during closing.
I signed the proper paperwork and when all was done the Finance guy Jerry , got his check and paperwork and went on his merry way. Not giving us instructions what to do next. And told us he d mail the remaining check balance to us. Which we never got. We waited and waited!!! So, my husband and I, took our time out of our day to drive back to Feldmanns to have them cut us a check. ( worse customer service ever)

We could see the car was ready and the keys were in the cup holder. We waited and waited. To see if he d come confirm that everything checked out ok... Jerry never came...The manager I believe finally came and asked if we needed help. We told him if there was anything else we needed to do, and if we could have the paperwork. He told us they d email it to us which we received.

When that was complete... We were ready to get into our car and have a young lady help us explain all the features and tell us about the Mercedes me app. BUT once again, no one showed up.

We waited and waited. At this point, we were fed up and just left the garage. No one helped in this buying process. We were/ are paying customers.

Our friends, family and our business buys from Feldmanns and have been for many years, but maybe Sears is the better choice.

We are still waiting on that we owe you .

I can't say enough good things about the service at Feldmann Nissan. EVERYONE I deal with is courteous, knowledgeable and eager to serve in a prompt manner. The waiting area is well appointed with various seating areas; love the cookies and coffee! :-) I also appreciate the fact that my car gets a bath every time I come in! Thank you!

I knew what I wanted when I went into Feldman but was so happy with the overall experience. Matt was my salesman and he was super fun, low key (I hate high pressure sales) and helpful. He found me the EXACT car I was looking for and arranged to get it to his location in under a week. I would definitely send friends and family to Matt for cars. I was super impressed with everyone I worked with there. Dia in finance and Zachary helped me figure out all of the gadgets my car has. It was THE best experience I ve ever had buying a car.

I dropped my car around 12:30 for a service. The service personal told me they were busy and I would have to leave the card and it will be done around 3:00 PM. I asked him if I can be dropped back to my work and could be picked up after I get off work at 4:00.

I get dropped off to work by the service vehicle kindly.

This is where everything went terribly bad for me.

I called back at 4:00 only to be told that my car won t be ready anytime soon. I notified them that I was stuck at work and asked if I can be picked up. I was told that a ride won t be available for a while. AFTER HOUR AND HALF being stuck at work, I had to ask a friend to drive me back to the dealer.

I understand things happen but not even offered a ride back to the dealer was disappointing. That is 2 hours I will never get back.

I ve always had exceptional service support from the service advisors from this location since 2009. Today, i was disgusted by the general sales manager - Robert and the finance guy -Billy - If you don t appear to be rich, don t expect to get any service. In fact you will come across as a nuisance to them. Or were we being discriminated because we are Asian? I had the pleasure of providing feedback directly to Joe Feldman in person and on site. Disappointing. Not even an apology. Bottom line - if you want service or courtesy don t show up in jeans. And if you are Asian, go somewhere else. Sales and commissions are all they care about. All other questions or service - you are a nuisance.

Best experience ever buying a vehicle, and I never give a 5 star rating. Jack was immediately cordial and listened intently as I discussed with him what I was looking for. He was very thorough when explaining my options. While waiting to complete the paperwork, he checked on us a number of times. Because it was Labor Day weekend, I received a call from him early morning on Tuesday, making sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I would absolutely recommend Jack to friends and family in the future. Thanks again Jack.

I dropped my car at LaMettry's Auto Body for basic cosmetic improvements. They sent my Mercedes to Feldmann's for detailing and removal of scratches and replacement of stone guards. The first time it come back there were water spots all over the car and the wheels had not been done. The floor mats had been left back at the shop. Only some of the stone guards replaced. The second time the polish wax was left on the trunk of the car and floor mats not cleaned. The attention to detail was very poor.
There have been times I drive in for a replacement bulb or minor support and the process is great- but when I pay $200 for detailing I expect better.

I have bought two vehicles from Feldmann Imports with amazing salesman both times. My salesman for this particular purchase was Matthew Sack. He went above and beyond for me prior to my visit by consistently responding to my emails as well as phone calls. When I got to Feldmann I was greeted by him professionally and with a smile on his face. I felt no pressure at all. In addition to changing my mind on the vehicle I purchased which consumed a lot of his time, he provided service again with a smile. He even agreed to drive the vehicle to my home the following day when the detailing was prolonged!!! (I did leave with it that day though).
Mercedes also has staff on hand to help with apps on your phone. Unfortunately, I forgot the gentlemen's name who helped me but he was so pleasant even when I was getting cranky.
Then my finance adviser Jerry Moore was just helpful, explained everything and we even laughed! We you are spending money on a Mercedes it can be very stressful. Jerry put me at ease, again no pressure. The only negative thing that happened is Mercedes needs about 100 more bows to put on vehicles so no one argues on the showfloor....
Absolutely recommend Feldmann and will be back again!!

Have been going here for almost 5 years now and they have always treated me well, they are very aggressively priced and don't over charge just because the brand says Mercedes.

Ryan in service has been my go to guy from day 1 and there is nothing I can complain about here. Got my first car serviced here, bought a second car here and its been excellent for what I can say.

Terrible dealership all around. Offer no support after selling you a defective vehicle and the sales reps never get back to you, even after repeated visits/attempts. Service department is incompetent; they don't contact you with status updates, never fix anything right the first time, and have even created new problems on a few occasions. Endless marketing calls and mail offering deals on models you've told them you have no interest in on multiple occasions. Would highly recommend going ANYWHERE else.

Couldn't be happier with the service at Feldmann Nissan and my service advisor Ryan Dwyer. He has been taking care of my cars for over 4 years now and there is a reason why!!! Paying attention to detail and making sure everything is good to go when I pick up my Maxima. Heck, I forgot to tell him to do a tire rotation on my car and he had already taken care of it when I called back to tell him to do it. He took the time to look at my past work and saw that I had a maintenance package on my car and it was due for an oil change/tire rotation on that visit.. It's hard to find that kind of service/attention to detail these days and that is why I continue to bring it to Feldmann's and make sure Ryan is the one to take care of my car!!!

I purchased my second car from Feldmans Nissan in December. I love my Altima. The sales person was great. The whole purchasing process went very smooth. I recently had a remote starter put in the vehicle and was disappointed when I picked up the car that the inside of the car was dirtier than when I brought it in. I know it was sent out to another location to have the starter put in so am not blaming Feldmans. You might want to mention to the company that puts in the remote starters to take a little more care with someone's two week old car.

I would give zero stars if possible. I made an appointment to view a vehicle, was on time, only to be told that the service technician had taken it home for the evening to finish the inspection. Nobody from Feldmann cared to call and let me know. We are a two Mercedes family, with loyalty to the brand, but I recommend going to Sears or Maplewood after this experience. Sales person who I made the appointment with didn t need to do any work, just have the courtesy to pick up the phone or send an email. Feldmann just didn t do it. Lazy and rude! Took 2 hours out of my night, and didn t want to sell me vehicle! Definitely an example of how to not run a business!

* 8/6/18 - This is an update to my review on 8/2/18. I originally gave Feldmann 1 Star (because I was not allowed to give it zero). I am changing my rating to 3 stars, because after I called and spoke with Mike Popp, he arranged for Esther Odland to bring the vehicle to me to test drive. I appreciated the Feldmann employees doing this, after I requested it, making it seem like they wanted my business. As of now, I have put a deposit on the vehicle I originally went in to see last week, and hopefully everything will work out. The car had not yet gone through reconditioning or detail, so I have to wait to see what happens.

8/23/18 - Back to zero stars. I purchased this vehicle on 8/11/18, waited for delivery until 8/18/18 because work still hadn t been completed that we requested on 8/3/18. Upon delivery, the paintwork that was agreed upon not be completed. Feldmann offered to let me bring it in, show the manager, and try to figure something out. This repair was agreed upon in the purchase order, my wife has had the car for 5 days, although we paid for it on 8/11/18. Wife was denied a loaner vehicle while the work was being done the first time, and the work wasn t completed. Now requested to have it done, again, and denied a loaner vehicle again. It is a Mercedes-Benz certified pre owned ML350, not an inexpensive car. What a terrible experience this has been. Sears Imported Autos never treated us like this. Sent a message to the manager on Tuesday, still no follow up.

It was great working with Matt Sack and Jor Cha. I am an out of state buyer and they could not have made the buying experience better. They always responded promptly to all of my calls and Emails. Matt was especially helpful taking and sending me pictures and videos of my car before it was put on the truck to New York. Don t be afraid of their strict out of state purchaser rules. Everything worked as they said it would. I would recommend Feldmann Imports to anyone.

The service advisors were polite and helpful, but the problem my car was brought in for, I don't think was handled very well. I was very dissatisfied with the outcome, so much so that my wife who bought a car from Feldmann 3 yrs ago, and now wants a new ML350 won't be returning next month when she is ready as won't I when my lease is up next year. Sad because my rep Scott Babcock has been a great representative for your establishment, but sadly he won't be getting 2 sales from 2 well qualified customers over the next month and year.

I've been going to Feldmann's for over 20 years. I'm not a big fan of dealing with sales people in the buying process, but Feldmann's makes that process so much easier. I had the privilege of working with Sarah Britney on a car deal in the last month. Sarah took very good care of me - she's professional, knows her stuff, and didn't pressure me to do anything that I didn't want to. It was like working with a friend. If you're interested in looking or buying, stop in and see Sarah. She'll take good care of you. And after you make your purchase, you'll really enjoy working with the service department too... top-notch people on that side of the business as well.

I arrived with a right bearing nose so I thought. I disclosed my concern and got diagnosed a driveshaft issue. After the diagnostic I took it on me to visit German Auto Works for a second opinion and saved thousands of Dollars. It was the right bearing. Apparently this was the second car that week coming from Feldman Imports that got misdiagnosed and needed a new drive shaft. Mistake or incompetence?

This was my second experience with Feldman. This has been my worst experience in a Mercedes Dealership service department. My car was brought into the dealership on Thursday morning 6:30 a.m. due to the noise with the brakes. The brakes was completed, and I found out on Saturday morning after texting to request a status. I arrive to pick up my vehicle. I have never been so disappointed with MERCEDES!!! My vehicle was covered in SNOW!!! No one offered to wash it. I brought the vehicle in clean from the garage and it should have been returned the same way! I'm not from Minnesota but, Chicago where we get just as much snow, if not more and I've never, ever received my vehicle back un-washed, never. Based on the survey I've taken from several co-workers and friends; all of them obviously feel the same, that the vehicle at a minimum should have been rinsed, if not washed before returned. I'm in search of perhaps another Mercedes dealership in the area while I remain in Minnesota for the next six months (working) in the event I need a dealership.

Overall, very nice, helpful, and just an outstanding retail experience! Nathan, from sales, was very helpful, patiently answered all of my questions and kept me up to date on my order (no vehicles were available to my exact specifications other than one on a boat, took about two weeks to arrive). Jor in finance was great to work with, answered all of my questions, really took the time to listen to those question, then made recommendations without being pushy. Although it was the longest it s ever taken to buy a car, this was the least painful and most pleasant. I HIGHLY recommend stopping by this dealership and look forward to buying another vehicle from them!

I had a wonderful experience, and I am typically critical! My husband and I were walking around the showroom, wondering what model Mercedes would suit us, and I was met with the lovely, welcoming smile of Sheree Raze. What a sweetie! She helped us throughout the whole process of buying a new car, and she was so very patient with me when I didn't understand something or misunderstood something. Since we purchased our car, Sheree has contacted me to make sure I am happy and that if I need extra explanation on anything about the car, she will be there for me or organize someone else in an appropriate department, to help me.
Feldmann Imports are very professional, and so is their salesperson, Sheree Raze!

I came back to Feldman Imports after my bad experience 5 years ago.Cory Schultz ,the service consultant helped me.This is my first time dealing with him.I am really pleased with how he explained and answered all my questions regarding my car.

These guys are great. I just walked into their Service area because I locked my keys in my truck in the parking lot next to them. I had no real service appointment. 2 different guys assisted to get the door unlocked. Very helpful and understanding people there.

We purchased our new GL 550 a few weeks ago. Alex Vaynberg was great to work with. He made the whole process of trading in our vehicle and getting to an agreeable price, on both the trade-in and the new purchase, seem like all we did was stop in for a couple of minutes and leave with a beautiful new Mercedes! No headache, no back and forth tactics to wear the buyer down. Most pleasant purchase experience we've ever had! So glad we chose Feldmann Imports. My first service appointment went just as well. Everyone there is such a pleasure to work with. The service department is so clean I felt like I was driving through someones home! Highly recommend buying and servicing with them. We will definitely purchase our next vehicle from Feldmann.
