I must say Clayton Chessen is one stand up guy. Very courteous and professional, and not at all a hard closer. Hands down the best experience I've had at a dealership, remarkable staff and excellent ammenities. I must be honest though, I did not purchase from him. I ended up being too attached to my current car to be able to trade it in. I enjoyed working with him so much that I felt so bad that he wasn't able to earn my business but alas he knew that I didn't love the car and didn't push for the close.
