Never again! This is the second time they've let me down. Time sensitive package should have been picked up two days ago. It's still sat here and I've lost a customer as a result. Absolute incompetence.

Package was delivered to the wrong house, Then I had to drive around looking for it in my neighbors gardens... to only see it had been thrown half way across there lawn and left out in the wet all day. Lucky what I had order was only Plastic sports bottles, so they were fine but if I had ordered something such as computer parts they could have been destroyed. I'm very disappointed in the service and the lack of care shown.
Waiting on a parcel that is in the Midlands depot for the last 7 days.I tried ringing,but they dont pick up .I emailed and got a prompt reply .i sent more information because the tracking page highlighted this problem.It still didnt arrive.I emailed again and asked what more information did they need.They responded with an apology and told me the parcel was now marked "urgent" and should now get it next day.Next day,still no parcel.
I stayed home waiting for the parcel to arrive, I go to check my postbox and I found the we missed you card. How did they missed me????????? I was waiting for them . Did not ring the bell or knock!!!!
Oh and no number, date or time left on the card. Just the pick up address.
Obviously the delivery driver cannot read as there were clear instructions in very large writing printed onto an A4 page by the shop from which I purchased the item instructing the driver on where to leave my package in a safe place, as it was an expensive item, but the box was still just left at the front door and I was out at the time. The instructions could not have been any clearer!
Similar to many reviews, VERY SLOW DELIVERY, sitting in courier van for 10 DAYS. Had to query this 3 times before action taken to deliver. Delay was due to new guy on route BUT NO EXCUSES FOR FAILING TO ANSWER CALL OR TEXT!!!! excuse was he had no number for me....we'll reply to calls and you will have it!!!!!!
Really poor service, despite all my parcels having an eircode on them, driver drops to a house over a mile away in our nearest village. Cannot contact them by phone or email.
Absolutely disappointed as my parcel still travelling in the van FOR THE SECOND DAY. It was said that the delivery is on the way (9am), so I have been tracking the delivery whole day. Later on, I had checked for updates (6 pm) and it`s said that the driver could not access the premises which is ridiculous. I had contacted the support which is only online. I did not receive anything back from the "support". On the next day, I got the same message that the delivery is on the way. If it will continue such way, I will complaint to both companies to refund the money back.Why the driver can simply ring and ask the address that he could find it? I do not recommend this company.
13 days later still no package. Cannot get in contact with anyone to speak to. Generic emails stating they are short staffed,no apology, no idea as to when I will get my package. Now it is stating my package has been signed for, not by me it hasn't. Where are my goods!!!!!! I will never place an order with a company that uses this courier again.
I don't understand how you can still call yourselves a company. None of the numbers on your websites work, you don't reply to your emails, you don't reply to your facebook. My parcel has been delivered to somebody in the midlands, we live in Co. Waterford!!! How can you possibly think to deliver it to someone with a completely different name to somebody in a completely different county??? Absolutely pathetic.
Extremely bad company to deal with for deliveries. They have no contact number available and are very poor at answering e-mails. I would not recommend using this company at all. It seems to be very badly run and nobody seems to be held accountable for the bad service they provide. I wish companies would realise, if you pay for a cheap service you get a bunch of cowboys to do the work. Company could really do with looking at the service they provide and how they can improve. All I have seen are bad reviews.
Dreadful experience, they cannot be contacted by phone. I receive a delivery date notice, a week later no parcel. I would score less than one but the opinion is not available. Sender also frustrated. They are now posting another parcel. It appears to me that Fastway do not wish to communicate directly with people for a very good reason
They have never delivered any of my deliveries directly to my house. They have left it in neighbour garden and signed for it themselves, left in the closest shop without telling where it has been left. I am annoyed at the moment as my package was "delivered" Thurday 9th April 2020, I let Fastway know I hadn't received it, they said it has been delivered left in a safe location to check those locations and contact if not there. Well i contacted straight away but no response at all. It is now Tuesday 14th April 2020. Trying to contact is utterly useless as you can only contact through a messaging service which they just ignore. Contact number says to use online tool for convenience but it is obvious why you can't contact through a number because they would get so many calls and it is easier to ignore. I also have seen countless amount of people complaining about not receiving their packages on Facebook and Twitter. I find them very unprofessional. Could have pinned where the driver left it and i could collect or even take some time out and ring my number for confirmation of address. Fed up trying to contact Fastway, can't understand how they're still in business!
So got a parcel from sports direct..had postcode and phone number...was expecting parcel checked tracking to find it was delivered, left in safe place with no signature at my request....did not give permission or request this...looked around the house, car in driveway, shed not a thing...no phone call, no note thro the door...later that day a neighbour knocked asked if I was expecting a package that was found thrown in their porch...nice one fast way...
Left my package (that had over 200e worth of purchases in it) at the front door without ringing the doorbell or knocking. Someone walking past the house went in to rob it and if I didn't have good neighbours it would have been gone
I have received a package today from Fastway. I was expecting one myself, but this one is not for me. I cannot contact Fastway. It looks like I will have to delivery this package to the customer myself. Mary Costigan.
I keep getting parcels dropped at my front door but they are for a neighbour down the road. I cant contact fastway to tell them. The door is never knocked ie the door bell rang. Another parcel left outside this morning
Had order from Littlewoods Ireland and waiting for delivery,but the courier don ring,just trough parcel over the wall to back garden,I found on the ground,both was damaged I was disappointed and have to send back. Terrible service.Pupil do not think about other.
These guys just don't answer the phone. Dial 3 for accounts is the best way I have managed to get in contact with them. The service is appalling. Don't use them if you have any choice in the matter.
For 3 days they kept rescheduling to send my parcel the next working day. They had my plt parcel on Friday morning they could ve delivered it to me on the same day or Monday but no they re so lazy they can t even put a parcel in their truck. Next day delivery also comes about 3 days late these idiots can t do anything right. If yous have it why can t yous just deliver it worst courier in Ireland if not the worst in the world
Waiting for this parcel for 8 day now and still not here shold be 2 days.I don't realy know what they're doing. the depot where they received my parcel was 6 days ago whats going on they have the parcel for 6 six day now I've tracked my parcel and it said that the package is in the van on the way that was 2 days ago.hahah worst job ever but love the company's name fastway couriers...maybe in 100 year's time
Found the customer service to be good. Agent answered the phone in less than 3 minutes. Problem stemmed from Littlewoods not from Fastway, so you can't shoot the horse if you want to win the race! Package is enroute again, the driver is the same one all the time, very nice guy, very professional and humors cranky customers like me - would recommend :)
I have had a parcel delivered to a shop 1 mile away, never got it. My son has had packages dropped at houses who did not know us. So they sent them back. Fastway........ Snailway if you ask me. Who signs my name & my sons name as receiving these packages. ??? Terrible Service.
Shocking. My order was said to be signed and delivered for on Friday evening at 8.06pm. Today is Tuesday and I still can't track it down. There's no option to ring fastway anymore but to use there online service which stated they will reply in 24 hours or less, guess what still waiting on a reply almost 28 hours later. Absolute joke contacted the sender and they could see that the parcel was delivered but there was no signature given upon delivery. So god know where or who has my parcel.
Absolutely appalling service from rude, incompetent people. I run a cake business. I ordered a custom made cake topper from another cake maker for a young couple's engagement. They were having a big party and wanted a really special cake with a topper with their names on it as a keepsake. I paid extra for delivery with fastway to ensure I had it on time. It sat in their depot for two days before they then forwarded it on to another depot(the wrong depot). I had no topper for my cake. I didn't get paid for my cake. My reputation is damaged. I am out the price of two toppers (there was two in the package), the delivery fee and the price of the cake. A different depot (the depot that have the topper) rang me after reading my email stating my loss and told me that I didn't have a claim. They only paid out if the parcel was lost or damaged not if it came too late to be of any use and they assured me I'd have it by Monday. There was a second cake topper in it for a cake due this week so I needed it to come by Monday. Today is Monday. It is still sitting in the wrong depot. No one is responding to my emails. The phone number is never answered. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with - EVER!
Pointless. Deliver to a local shop instead of the delivery address, where you then have to pay an extra fee to collect from yourself!! Absolute cowboys, and no working contact number to call or email that responds. Joke.
Horrendous service. Paid for next day delivery. 3 days later and I still haven't got my parcel. I phoned the driver and she told me they had it on the van and I would receive it in an hour. When I didn't get it I phoned them again. The driver wouldn't pick up. I phoned on a different number and the driver did pick up. They said they had made a mistake and it wasn't on a van.I don't believe this as the parcel was deliver to the depot almost 30 hours ago. Doesn't make sense. Would not recommend any person or company deal with fastway. This is the second time I've used fast way and both times there was problems.
Decided to use fastway online, huge mistake, I should have read the reviews on here first before going ahead. Waiting still for it to arrive (Mayo to Laois) and it s been two weeks - no customer service and no way of tracking the parcel as the tracking link doesn t work. Once you pay, your money is gone.... won t use this crowd again.
Fastway show up at random times throughout the whole day, And ring you out of the blue so if you live in an apartment block where the phone signal is none existent then you will miss the parcel. I waited for 6 days to get one parcel of them after they rang but never made contact with me, And they left after 3 minutes wait . I finally received the Parcel today from an idiot delivery person who looked like he was about to cry when he said i was a hard person to get in contact with. How about not getting my Parcels and let the An Post deliver them as they leave a letter for me to be able to collect down the street. So i dont have to wait for a random phonecall and no previous Text to tell me what time they will be around at. Fastway are out of date and just an inconvenience
A parcel from Holland has been passed to you over three days ago and cannot be tracked. It is very frustrating not being able to talk to anyone. I've sent the shipping organisation in Holland a copy of the customer reviews on your website in order that they can understand the nature of the service they are buying.

I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a parcel to be delivered now as the first time they called to say they'd be delivering soon and then never showed up after waiting around all day.
Package has had two attempts to deliver on status but no one was here. No sticker on door to say attempt was made. This is what i get for Amazon prime fast delivery. Next time regular post and pay for it.

Threw my Amazon delivery over my side wall. It contained Electronic items as clearly stated on the label. No phone number to contact. Completely unacceptable.
- The Worst - courier service in Ireland. They keep leaving parcels in local petrol station and then send you a txt message. Customer service, un available, you can wait on the phone for mins to then get voice mail asking to email them and then cut you off. Very unprofessional service

The worst courier that exists. so far it was ok but now it is waiting for the parcel which should be delivered on May 3, then on May 7 - I waited all day, I wrote e-mails but I received only automatic replies. Today on the website of the store from which the shipment was sent is information that the delivery is halted because the courier could not find the address. 21st century, the driver can not handle Google maps? terrible service, I do not recommend it to anyone. no one can answer me when the package is delivered - you have to wait for a response from customer service fastway from 24 to 48 hours .. Sure the new driver learns to handle google maps
Absolute waste of time using this courier service ,it is the cheaper option but you're much better off paying that 3 or 4 euro extra for a proper service like DHL or DPD , my experience with this company is extensively bad and if you do read this before you use this service take the advice from the multiple negative reviews and don't waste your time with this unprofessional waste of time
VERY SLOW DELIVERY! My parcel was 5 days at Fastway warehouse. I'm living in 15km radius. Courier didn't answered by phone call and text messages. I sent e-mail to support. They answered very short and asked write tracking number, I did it and man from support lost. Please, never use this company if you dislike spends your time!
Paid for express delivery for parcel delivery on Tuesday. "dropped parcel at front porch" @ 12.03 17:16 "could not deliver to your address" Now two days later no contact despite numerous emails and attempted calls to the depot. Customer service is extremely poor. Disappointed and will NEVER use the service again!

Waiting over a week for a parcel to arrive. It has been redirected more times and then delivered to a completely wrong address and signed for. Never deal with them. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. A disgrace. Not even worth one star. Received tracking number on the 14th of August and as f today 23rd of August it is still being redirected.
l can give half star for the effort of the driver for delivering the parcel & half star for carrying the parcel to the wrong address. how many idiot driver/delivery personnel does fastaway have? don't even bother reading the address on the parcel. l'm wasting my whole day staying in my house waiting for delivery then when you track the package its already been delivered the problem is in the wrong address. WOW maybe this person need to go back to school or maybe just a proper check-up. The Best thing is they're the best courier in 2018.. what a joke.. Fast & awayyyyyyyyyy....
Been dealing with couriers for years now, but have been using fastway for the last couple of years. I have never written a review for anyone before, however i must compliment our current fastway pickup/delivery team for the Tullamore area. Izabela and Adam are the most reliable, friendly couriers we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in 17 years of business. Would recommend them to anyone. Never met people that wanted to deliver (pun intended) such exceptional service with a smile! Thanks Izabela and Adam :)
Appalling service. Packages dumped on door step. No phone call, no signing for packages!! Packages stuffed behind wheelie bins. Packages delayed delivery for over a month. Packages delivered to wrong address despite Eircode clearly displayed. Disgraceful. It s a pity that there is not an option to choose what company you wish to deliver items ordered. People who choose to order online expect a certain standard of service, when spending their hard earned money. A little respect would not go astray.
Horrible. Took them a month to deliver cat litter and now we are waiting for another month for a package sent by family in Spain. For both parcels, the notices said they contacted us but we rescheduled. NO SUCH THING! We never got phone calls, doorbell rings, nothing. An extremely bad service.
Property was damaged by a courier forcing a package through the letterbox. Emailed Fastway and was told that someone would contact me. 2 weeks later and no contact, sent several emails with no reply, and tried for several days to get through by phone but the line constantly rings out.
I am waiting in all day waiting for my parcel. I got a miss call from yous this morn and rang back and got no answer so eventually the driver rang back after 2 hours and said he was out of the area he will get to me as soon as that he didn't have my address. I also emailed the company at 11 o'clock and they said the driver will be out within one hour. It is ten past 4 and no sign i sent two emails and tried to ring the driver and no answer. I want to know at what time is my parcel been delivered at as I'm waiting all day. I paid for this post as I need my parcel by today. Ridcolous. Someone needs to get back to me or message me by email.
Had a parcel delivered just before Christmas. Was out and contacted the company I ordered from to be told my Item was delivered by fast way. There was no note left for me, so I tracked it via fast way to find out it was signed for by the driver and left in with my next door neighbour. I had to ask a number of neighbours if they knew who signed for it . Seems this has not been the first time that the driver has signed for packages . Tried to phone to be told to contact them via their website very disappointed that you can't even talk to a human person to resolve issues
Very disappointed. Exact address with post code on parcel. Delivered to entirely wrong address. Left on their doorstep and only that they knew me and hand delivered the package to me themselves. I never would have received it but for their kindness. Never buying online again. Shop local and keep Portarlington alive I say.
The most abysmal service , not once or twice but five times!I made an official complaint and three months later I have received no reply.The case is currently with Comreg.How can a company offer such a poor service and continue to stay in business? I live within a 15km radius and have had a parcel in the van for up to ten days. I even found that the record was falsified and they changed the details after I complained one time!I now refuse to do business with any company who uses their delivery service!It's the only solution.
Terrible service. Firstly I tried to call fastways to discuss my recent problem but they didn t answer, just listed off a bunch of email addresses for different sections of the company, I wanted to speak with someone rather than having to leave a review first but anyway. My experience was in the Mountmellick area and I have to say I was disgusted. Twice, the courier driver opened my front door, yes not knocked just opened! How dare he! Both being early morning between 8-10 o clock. The only reason the door was unlocked to begin with is a family member had just left the house before I got to go downstairs. Not only is that entering without permission, it is just down right rude. I received a package from sports direct in a navy blue plastic bag. Those of you who have ordered from sports direct or any other clothing company that I am aware of know that the plastic bag is always sealed shut and is quite hard to open without ripping the bag. I receive my package with the bag ripped. On that day when the courier opened my front door and threw the package in he then went away and came back to open my front door again and threw in one of the items that was supposed to be sealed in the package in the door also. There are no reasons as to why the package should have been open, it was all just clothing and one pair of shoes. No liquids nor sharp objects. With what was in the package mostly Christmas gifts, I only realized a few days later that when I went to wrap the gifts that there was an item I had Ordered and paid for had been missing.
This in my eyes isn t good enough on your behalf. My attitude towards this is I won t be ordering anything from anyone who uses your service as I m not actually guaranteed of getting my product delivered to me in satisfactory condition or delivered at all in this case. Also, opening peoples front doors without permission is something that not even my family members do so how dare a stranger do it.
I hope you take the above criticism and use it to your advantage, because by the looks of the other reviews also you won t be in business much longer if your service stays as is.

What a useless company. They delivered my parcel to a shop 5km away and forged my signature on it. Never told me it was delivered and it was only when I chased them they told me it was in a local shop (AppleGreen). Ive been chasing them for weeks to get it delivered, have logged multiple tickets and never get any more than one response. How are these cowboys still in business?
Pretty terrible, past few times the Currier just threw my package behind my shed without leaving a notice and therefore staying out door in the rain for a while without notice. Luckily there was no water damage these times.
Customer service in Fastway is non existent. There is no way to call you or email you at all anymore.. When we urgently need to speak to somebody or need any issues resolved quickly we never hear back. You really need to re access your service as I don't know how you are still operating with this lack of consideration for your customers.
I gave them my phone number, email address and other contact information is also available. I assumed I would receive some sort of notification when it was nearby at least. Instead I got nothing, and was instead notified by a neighbour of a package they found thrown on the side of the road, not even outside my house with my name on it. As unprofessional as it gets.
Only 1 of two parcels delivered. Checked the tracking number online it says both were delivered. No phone number working to contact and the email customer service is brutal. Still waiting almost 2 weeks later and heard nothing yet.

Package was not delivered on the day stated and I am still waiting on it. The company or driver will not answer their phone. Previously noted that their drivers generally won't deliver on fridays and make you wait till following Monday so beware.
Terrible couriers. Phoned me this afternoon to tell me they had left a parcel at the wrong address (next to z farm gate!) because eircode was incorrect !!!
It was from Amazon and address labels are printed so unlikely to have been printed incorrectly. Also I get many Amazon deliveries all with the same address delivered by An Post and others. The fact that Fastway phoned me to tell me they had left it by a gate at a different house suggests they knew the address wasn't right. Complete joke of a company.
