Good service as used to van der valk! Ideal if you have to fly the next day from Brussels airport!

Staff un helpful. Rooms not replenished or beds made.

Buffet very successful on the occasion of Easter Sunday, with egg hunt organized for children. Staff at your service. Practical aspect: 6 charging terminals for electric car in the car park.

Very good night stay in this hotel, clean, modern, a chic side but not too much, not to mention the royal breakfast !! We find everything, whether salty or sweet there is absolutely everything we want

Unfortunately, the standard rooms are getting old, you can see them in the bathroom ... so it should not look like that. Chair was checked and heavily damaged on the seat ... bar very uncomfortable, as in the middle of the hallway. Restaurant is oky but was not there again. Price performance is just not right here. So far, the other Van der valk were always top, the hotel here is unfortunately a flop! Conclusion: too expensive for such a quality ...

Very professional, beautiful setting and services ai top!

We spent the night with you in May. Back from the airport, something went wrong with the shuttle. After an hour and a half we took a taxi on the advice of your receptionist. However, this was not reimbursed. Correspondence about this is not being answered. I have a letter from the receptionist on the error. Find it below level that people do not respond to emails at all.

Warm welcome, drink offered at the reception ... Small gift offered to the curious , comfortable bed, drinks offered in the room ... It feels good

Excellent higher end hotel at a reasonable price. Food is a little bit expensive, however the quality is really good. Highly recommend this hotel.

I had a pretty awesome room. Slept well. Nice shower. Friendly staff. That's already more than most other hotels offer. I'll book here again when I need to stay close to the airport in the future.

For the first time been to a hotel and bathed in the bath. The hotel room was clean. Which made it possible for me to enjoy the aromatic with my fear of fear. Food and drink is super expensive. Unfortunately the roses were not in the room. Miscommunication between provider and accommodation. 4 stars for the hygiene of the hotel. Was a shame that we could not eat breakfast every morning outside. Breakfast was monotonous. Because too much was offered every morning and it was always the same.

40 minutes waiting in a queue to check-in, a bartender who has no idea how to make an Irish Coffee ('you better ask my colleague'), no smoking area except outside in a snowstorm, cold mushrooms at the 18 euro breakfast buffet and a room in the 'new wing' you can only find if labyrinths are your hobby. However the menu mentioned 'frieten' included in my dish, I had to order them separately for 4 euro. The waiter told me the 'frieten' as mentioned were no 'frieten' at all. All for only euro 199 per night. It's a shame.

The hotel seems ok but I have never slept here. Iam only here for charging. There are 8stalls. The hotel is having two restaurants, one which is a sushi bar and open only during lunch time. The food is good but over priced. The restaurant is good we had dinner it was delicious the server was a bit strange, food price was reasonable. The bar area is great they have beautiful deco and great food and drinks. The bar people are very friendly. The toilets are always clean. Today there were two non tesla cars parked on the chargers. Thats very bad.

The room was fairly large and it had a great gym but the beds could be a bit more comfortable and the restaurant and laundry service were overpriced. Not too bad all things considered but they definitely increase the prices since they tailor mostly to business travelers.

Top, quality, prestige, beautiful night for a very early flight

A hotel that was guided without ANA's equipment availability. Convenient to the airport. I thought it would be nice if there was an iron, but I think that it meets the requirements of a minimum business hotel. I thought that if the shower was a little stronger, the satisfaction would go up.

Nice interior and friendly staff. Because of the layout you can always find a quiet corner somewhere.

This branch is, in our opinion, different from the well-known van der Valk service. Both at home and abroad you will find an extensive menu (a-la-carte), in addition to a salad buffet and a standard schnitzel, cordonbleu or pork tenderloin is always a possibility. Unfortunately not here. The expensive card (34.00 for a piece of meat) or (23.00 for a simple plate with a piece of chicken) excluding garnish or fries / potatoes I find really too expensive. We started in the Netherlands but after asking, it turned out that EN is better understood. We were 2 adults and 2 very small children (1 and 3 years). We were offered 2 high chairs. Children's menu is 12.00 but is just as large as a regular menu. There are only cherry tomatoes and a small bowl of apple sauce. There was no apple juice, the alternative offered was Jus' d Orange (again note, 5.00 each turned out afterwards). At the request for cassis my wife received (after being checked twice by the staff) lemonade with a bottle of water (also 5.00 afterwards). So tip: speak in English, don't go if you want a simple meal and pay attention to what you get (compared to your order)

Very good hotel, I stay there frequently. The restaurant is very good with nice service. The only problem is the management of taxis shuttle to the airport which is each time poorly managed by the reception.

Very nice establishment, very cordial and helpful staff. Very large quiet room Mini bar and safe wifi TV and small Nespresso machine in the room.

Great Service , Room (There is a special mobile Phone which you can use for calling international & domenistic , Connect internet , city guide,Navi etc. ) But breakfast is not impressive

It was a very nice place to stay, the room was a bit chilli and the thermostat would not go over 20 Celsius. Coming from a hot climate it was chilli. They did have comforters which helped. Buffet breakfast was included and lots of choices. Nice overnight stay.
