Had a parcel delivered just before Christmas. Was out and contacted the company I ordered from to be told my Item was delivered by fast way. There was no note left for me, so I tracked it via fast way to find out it was signed for by the driver and left in with my next door neighbour. I had to ask a number of neighbours if they knew who signed for it . Seems this has not been the first time that the driver has signed for packages .
Tried to phone to be told to contact them via their website very disappointed that you can't even talk to a human person to resolve issues
