VERY SLOW DELIVERY! My parcel was 5 days at Fastwa...

VERY SLOW DELIVERY! My parcel was 5 days at Fastway warehouse. I'm living in 15km radius. Courier didn't answered by phone call and text messages. I sent e-mail to support. They answered very short and asked write tracking number, I did it and man from support lost.
Please, never use this company if you dislike spends your time!
