Hi guys just don t bother to use Fastway Courier Ireland or any Fastway Service
As im one of the couriers that i use to work for them and they hold on to two weeks of my wages because they sayd that they have the right to do so .. im really struggling to make out from the lost as i payd my own money for diesel and van service
Ordered a package and paid for next day delivery. Usually when it s coming from England I give it 2 days or that but not over 10 days. I emailed numerous times and my package still hasn t come and nobody can give me an answer, just keep asking for my phone number which I have sent 3 times.
Disaster company. Got text to pick up delivery in portlaoise. No parcel there. No way of contacting them. Should be boycotted.
I found this Company very difficult to get through too on the Phones tried for nearly 2 hrs went to another currier service
Shocking attitude to customer service. No telephone number to contact them even though I can see stuff in their depot. I can even pick it up instead of waiting........................ One package took 10 days from UK. Another 5 days for a supposedly next day delivery. Next time, I will ask the retailer what courier they use for the Irish Midlands as these guys are to be avoided. Please do the same....0 stars
Brutal service, and customer service is non-existent. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
Absolute cowboys package arrived ripped open with stuff missing from it a Christmas present that I can't replace , no way of contacting them, Not letting this go.
Today, the Fastway driver actually rang the doorbell and delivered my parcel in person. For a moment, I actually thought I was in a parallel reality.
Fastway couriers have sent me word that my parcel has been delivered as requested. This is not the case. I find them completely unreliable. Do not use them under any circumstances. You have a lot more choices for more reliable couriers.
Do not use these guys they are always late and never answer the phone. It was a nightmare to deal with them, never again. If I could give no stars I would.
Terrible, sent a present by Courier which never been delivered. Courier - compared to him - left this parcel on the mat front door and signed a delivery docket as a MAT. No contact details, cant contact this bloody company to sort it out. Present has been home made so it was priceless.
Appalling service, I ve often paid for next day delivery and they d keep scheduling it for next working day and I wouldn t receive it for over a week. They don t even have an email or any way to contact them, the phone number doesn t work either.
No one answering the phones here for over three days now.
No response from anyone.
Eventually someone from the Tuam offices answered and promised the parcel would arrive but to no avail.......Simply shocking......Fastway are the Slow-Way or No-Way

Was threatened with physical violence over the phone by two members of staff.

Awful company, no communication, delivery was due to arrive a week ago and still has not arrived. I will not have presents in time for Christmas thanks to this terrible service.
Terrible Customer Service. The Phone is not answered. Recently got them to deliver a Package to Tipperary. It never left their Portarlington Depot, we had to collect it and deliver it ourselves.
Absolute disgrace of a company - were actually pretty good up to a year ago but I could count the number of times a package had been delivered properly in 2017 on no hands. Latest is a package due to be delivered on Friday was entered as signed for and delivered at 8pm Friday night, with still no sign of it the following Wednesday. Can t ring anyone and no one answers emails. Will never use them again. Done.

My parcel has apparently arrived in the Midlands 2 hours before being picked up in Cork according to the printed tracking on the website. When you phone the Portarlington depot to enquire, it says they have new "improved" (sic.) way of contacting them now - via that faulty information on their website re tracking. Then they hang up.
Yeah, really improved method of contacting you, Fastway. I'm sure to use any supplier in the future who says that that you are their method of transport....NOT.
How they call themselves courier company is beyond me, they threw my parcels over the gate instead of going in and getting it signed for. It was a miracle nothing was broken. Rude staff and drivers and to top it all off parcels still have not been delivered after three weeks this time. Avoid this company if you can they are an absolute sham. Kills me to even give them a star
So no way to contact anymore and speak to an actual person. Online is great and all but leaves you sitting around waiting, I was under the impression it would start a webchat but no it just sends an email and then you have to wait for whenever they respond. All I want to do is add a delivery note but apparently that is near impossible now!
Very bad service altogether, the delivery driver delivered my parcel to a neighbour about 3 houses up the road, she told him it wasnt for her and he still wanted to leave it with her, no attempt was made to call me or even to use my eircode to see where i was. i contacted Fastway customer service and they kept sending me the address on the package and changed my name on top to the wrong persons name who the delivery driver delivered it to. Took 3 days for them to say anything to me that wasnt the address on the parcel. I will be avoiding my supplier who i ordered it from because of fastway.
I'm not even giving stars. I received an email to tell me that my parcel would be delivered that day. Nothing arrived. I received no call, text or email to explain why. When I tracked my parcel the next day, there was a line saying "We are having difficulty locating your property. Please contact us" I attempted to do so but my message was bounced back, saying that I should "try again later". When I placed the order I gave telephone numbers and my Eircode which, if entered into any gps, leads all other couriers directly to my door. I also put on the order form that my neighbour will take in a delivery if I am not at home. None of this mattered.
When I track my parcel now, apparently they have tried to deliver to me twice more...still no call, I've been at home all day, and until I search myself, there is nothing to indicate to me that anyone is attempting to deliver anything.
Disgraceful service. How companies can use this courier is beyond me.
Unbelievably bad service I have sent several emails regarding a packege due early last week and revived 1 back saying it was in the van. It want delivered and have sent several more emails and have no response whatsoever. I don't know how you are still in business!
