Horrendous service. Paid for next day delivery. 3 days later and I still haven't got my parcel. I phoned the driver and she told me they had it on the van and I would receive it in an hour. When I didn't get it I phoned them again. The driver wouldn't pick up. I phoned on a different number and
the driver did pick up. They said they had made a mistake and it wasn't on a van.I don't believe this as the parcel was deliver to the depot almost 30 hours ago. Doesn't make sense. Would not recommend any person or company deal with fastway. This is the second time I've used fast way and both times there was problems.
