Pathetic excuse for a carrier. I did not get my delivery on the original date because they had difficulty finding my address and I was told my account was missing the eircode. I gave the eircode and two days later after my original delivery date, they are saying again that they're having difficulty finding my address. I have no words... it's not often I give a service an "extremely poor" rating but Fastway more than deserves it.

It's a pity the default is one star as this in itself is too much for such a pathetic, shambolic excuse of a company. The service is so abysmal it's difficult to find words to describe it. The last deliveries have been damaged and left outside to the elements.
Communication from this outfit is nonexistent and you have a better chance of and audience with the Pope as getting through to their customer service.
I see that they offer a franchise which probably costs about a fiver as most decent people would never want to be associated with such a shyte service.

This is the worst courier company ever they are so incompetent and unreliable you can never get through to anyone and if you can their staff are so unhelpful and very rude have absolutely no idea of how to deal with customers and their couriers are just as bad seems to me they will employ anyone who do a job very badly I always have problems with them they don't even seem to have a complaints department wonder why

Sad to say, I'm giving one star because there's no option to give zero! Every parcel is either left outside the gate in the rain or disappears completely. Their phone number is never answered and they mark parcels as delivered at a time and date when we were at home and no delivery was attempted. They are a shambolic disgrace, but worse than that, they are dishonest. Stay away from this bunch of clowns.

Fastway couriers called to my house took my parcel that I did not book them to pick my parcel up I booked another courier courier told my husband he had label in the his van have been ringing them all week getting no where my parcel lost I have no tracking number or anything because I did not book safeway caused me so much stress im very angry .

There are no working phone numbers. That's very annoying. Also the delivery man just leaves parcels on my doorstep... I don't live in a good area. I'm very annoyed and would never use fastway by choice myself. I wouldn't recommend them either.

Ridiculous courier service. I had the address and contact number clearly marked on the package. However they still managed to deliver to the wrong address. It was even "signed" for. How did this happen? Thankfully it was left at my uncle's house or rather as he said "threw outside it" and luckily he rang me.

I hope if I buy something online in the future that this crowd won't be delivering it.

ZERO STARS! No customer care, PHONES DON'T WORK - too many irresponsible uncaring drivers. Package left undelivered for over 1 week now and told it hasn't reached my local depot??? I WOULD HAZARD A GUESS AND SAY HAS BEEN THROWN INTO A CAGE AND LEFT THERE . . .

FASTWAY ONLINE CUSTOMER RESPONSE EMAIL REPLY . . . . "Your parcel hasn't arrived in your local delivery depot as of yet so we cannot add or amend any information.

You will see on the online tracking when the consignment arrives in the local depot. Please make contact at this point and we'll update the details." -

This is NOT MY PROBLEM!! Fastway are paid to deliver but instead I am going through the mill trying to sort this out and need this parcel URGENTLY

I have to say, I've had Fastway North East deliver stuff to me a few years now and I rarely if ever had any issues, they are always polite and if am not there i have a designated place that they know where to leave the parcel.

The company has no concept of a postal code. Item arrived-- when someone else delivered it to us, and used the provided postal code to find us! Still awaiting a second order which was intended for Christmas, which was inexplicably delayed by Fastway. Very unsatisfactory.

I understand that with covid19 things are a bit slow, but these say my item was delivered at 8AM on a saturday ! no item was received by me nor is there anything outside gate or on road, they also claim it was left without signing "according to your instructions" i gave no such instruction nor have i spoken to anyone about this delivery. just gone, few hundred euros worth !!! never ever will i use fastway again or purchase an item from a company that uses them

Amazed they are still in business.

I'll be even more amazed if I ever get a delivery from them without issues. Packages arrive damaged, in neighbours gardens, in private sheds they shouldn't access, with several of the items missing (more than once), I've most recently had them entirely repackage my items in a bag and shove them through the letterbox damaging the items and the letterbox. Atrocious.

Very bad service stay away from them. In the future I won't use any company that use them as a courier . Fastway has stopped taking phone calls they only do email now that they only reply one time then you don't hear from them again. SO BAD STAY AWAY.

Cathy is great once u get through on the phone she was really helpful and even tho i was so rude at the start because i hadnt gotten my package she handled it so well my package was with me within 20 minutes of the phone call ! that women deserves all the praise she can get shes 100% Defintly one of the best employees there

Parcel delivered to the wrong address twice to a vacant house. Only for someone noticed a package and was honest and kind enough to bring it up. Sad day when a member of the public is doing a better job than the one you are paid to do. Phone off the hook. Avoid this company at all costs.

Absolutely disgraceful so called "courier" company. Couldn't give a toss about customers and will only deliver parcels if and when they feel like it. They're so bad, they've had to disconnect their phones and now use private numbers so their many many disgusted customers can't contact them. Anyone intending to send or receive a parcel should consider walking with the parcel it'd be quicker and more effective than using these useless clowns.

I small issued resulted in them sending the package into the wrong depo. All I needed was to get the parcel delivered as soon as but the customer service was atrocious. I was blamed for the mistake when the website did not allow a postcode entry when Ireland is selected as delivery country. Apparently me asking for expedited delivery on a package that was now going to be a day late was enough to get the service agent to raise her voice and talk over me. We have all gotten annoyed when having to talk to customer service; this wasn't one of those timrs but I was shocked at how easily and freely the customer service here got annoyed and disrespectful. I felt shouted at when I asked for a manager's name then. It's frustrating when buyers don't have choice in what courier is used as I dare say customer satisfaction won't matter as much as other things when companies partner with Fastway.

This company is disgraceful. How you can have your phone disconnected in this day and age? It is beyond belief, especially when you think about the fact that they work in an environment that requires constant communication with customers.

I had a delivery last week from DPD. The difference is night and day. They couldn't have been more helpful on the phone and everything came when they said it would. Driver even rang me to let me know he was on the way.

This is a rant of pure frustration. My parcel is saying out for delivery for the past 2 days and I can't get in touch with anyone to see when it will be delivered. Also due to the volume of complaints on this review page I cannot believe this franchise is still in business. Google should allow reviewers to give no stars in my opinion

Overall disappointing experience dealing with fastway couriers. I have ordered multiple products online from the UK and each time there has been a problem. Either no Eircode given (when there was) resulting in a delay, a delay in shipping for no apparent reason, or the package being delivered in an unmarked car. The company is also very difficult to get in contact with through email and only recently has a customer provided a phone number on google to contact. AVOID.

One package was left in the rain in a vacant neighbors property behind me and got absolutely destroyed. I emailed them to tell them that I do not have a back door or garden and that is a separate property. They obviously did not attach a note to my address because today I watched a courier walk around the back of my house. When I tracked my order it said delivery attempt was made and a card was left with a number to contact. NO ATTEMPT WAS MADE. No card left. I searched my neighbors gardens and knocked on doors to no avail. I have no way of contacting them because they purposefully do not allow customer to call them. They have phone numbers with a voice recording saying to use website. And the Ardee number doesn't even work. You get a 404 when you click rearrange delivery on their website. This is done on purpose. I will be contacting ComReg if they dont sort this out ASAP.

Terrible couriers, bad customer service (if u can get through to anyone) many bad experience (friends and family same experience) in one case I was trying to track a parcel that apparently had been signed for and delivered, but I didn't sign for it. Found it few days later thrown over fence toward back of house (package runined), Driver obviously signed for it and flung it over a fence :/

Their online tracking information stated they attempted to call me but there was no answer and they couldn't leave a message but there was no missed calls on my phone. They won't answer calls to the depot and I got 'an out of office' message for my email I sent. I waited in all day for this delivery. Very very poor service.

Over 3 weeks waiting on latest parcel. 2/3 day wait time for a reply on their "customer service email". of all deliveries are late and you can forget about bank holiday Friday scheduled deliveries

Update: 1 year on, 100% of deliveries from fastway missed their delivery day by 3 days or more (not just as Christmas), or haven't arrived at all (15%), quite a 2019!

Update: another parcel 4 days late and counting. Live cargo 9/1/20

I ve been waiting 4 days now - working days to receive the package I paid extra to have delivered within 1 working day. No contact or ligitimate excuse or explanation from the company. Now I will seek a refund from the original product company . This is really unprofessional and I was considering using them for business however I will certainly not be using them for my business needs.

Eventually got the delivery man's number and requested that he contact me about next delivery. Would not contact me and delivered the package to the incorrect house for a 3rd time. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!! Avoid at all costs.

1 star is generous. 5 years and about 50emails later and I've got 1 parcel delivered to my door. Customer service is unhelpful and rude as are the drivers. Numerous parcels gone missing with them and they blame the recipient. Can't get anyone's name who you're dealing with, disaster of a company to deal with.

Avoid like the plague! One of, if not the, worst customer service experiences I have ever had to deal with, unspeakably rude, and they have outright refused to help me find my package which they claim to have delivered and gotten a signature for on a Saturday. Have advised Amazon drop them, hope others do the same.

EDIT: Amazon now refusing to refund me due to the package being signed for and because I cannot provide proof to the contrary. Have checked with my neighbors in the hope the package may have been left with them but no such luck. Again, avoid Fastway like the plague if you care about sending or receiving items. Now down three Christmas presents due to their incompetence.

Awaiting a Littlewoods parcel since last week. No update no call no nothing. Went online found tracking number. Fastway had it and they had some gibberish for my address including what looked like a UK postal code (I live in the ROI) which I never supplied. They did have my telephone correct but as they never used it to try and verify my address that was a moot point. Their website has no telephone contact details and the support page is a broken / out of date URL. I finally found a number using Google and the lady who took my correct addy details was a little bit airy-fairy about it all to say the least. Hopefully they'll deliver tomorrow. Two stars as opposed to one star because she was reasonably polite.
UPDATE: Despite promises and despite listing my parcel on their website as delivered today (two minutes after loading on their van in Ardee they allegedly managed to deliver it to me, as they report. Problem is I live 57 kilometres away from Ardee) Fastway still haven't delivered my parcel. Reducing rating to one star.
UPDATE: I met my neighbour tonight and she gave me the parcel which Fastway had in fact left off this morning with her. OK I'll uprate them to three stars for that, but given delays, bad address, and no note to tell me it was with the neighbour still loses points.

Rarely deliver to the house, even with eircode provided. Policy seems to be to ring and give 10 minutes to ring back, followed by text to say it is left in local shop. Sometimes there is no missed call at all. Sometimes packages are left in someone else s yard. Have stopped shopping with merchants that use Fastway or have requested them to send via An Post.

Tracking says delivered and signed for, someone legally signed my signature and shoes still giving to the person without asking for any id.They never arrived with me giving to the wrong address even tho eircode and address were both giving. Phone rings engaged constantly and no other way of contacting them. Was told the delivery man was going back around to see about the parcel that he delivered to wrong address . I was told to stay in the hiuse that he was going back to the address that he delivered them too .waited all day wasn t even a call to say he was on the way . He was a no show .the house he dropped them off in first place wouldn t answer don t no how anyone could get something so wrong and not even ask for I d and except my signature on my behave . Ridiculous!! Now this person has got a new pair of free shoes and I got nothing !! Won t be using this service ever again .joke

Absolutely useless. Cannot contact these people by phone, they never answer. e-mails only and they just record the item as being delivered, when this is a complete lie. All correct details - telephone number and EIRCODE were provided and they clearly delivered parcel to the wrong address, or simply did'nt bother! No thank you. I think Littlewoods Ireland should not be using this service.

In my opinion the worst courier service in ireland so much so that if i am shopping online and i see the delivery option is Fastway i will buy somewhere else. No point of contact for customer service.Don't bother calling the depot phone number they don't answer !

Even speaking with a vendor about the location of my order fastway replied to them saying"The driver knocked the door and left the parcel " LIES !!!! i am literally sitting waiting for the delivery NO knock on the door and NO parcel left outside !

Avoid this dishonest company like the plague and choose other reputable courier companies there are many.
