Very nice location, nice reception and everything nice to this place for the secretariat

Excellent hotel for shoppers and city break, it s directly facing city walk area, with a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants are just a minutes away, great staff, however SPA is smaller than normal 5* SPA, may be due to small size of the property.

Fancy hotel where you can spend your time in heart of new Dubai and enjoying the shopping next door and the activities as well.

They have apartments as well for long stay and lounge in the pool.

The restaurants are cool and calm

I came here for a ladies night and felt like the man at the entrance was a bit too much he kept looking at me I was waiting for a friend but didn t like how he kept looking at me as if I was doing something wrong . Very unpleasant feeling I had in the lobby. I would recommend you have women helping guests out as well not just men who stare at you .

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Rooms are tastefully decorated. The breakfast buffet is exceptional. Excellent view of Burj Khalifa from the rooftop infinity pool .

The worst hotel service. Ruined the whole trip, they don't have a baby crib or an extra bed despite that I requested one when i booked + the room I'm staying in is designed for a handicapped

I did not stay at the hotel itself but it seems cozy enough but what is beautiful is the location and the sheesha garden is gorgeoussss. The best thing is the presence of musical talent jamie wrecks

Stayed twice in this hotel, great location , stylish and modern

100AED pool pass with 50AED food/drink voucher make this place a perfect after work hangout spot. The happy hours is 30AED for selected cocktails and the food is also very good (very generous poke bowl- yummm!) the best part? This view

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Particularly the restaurant Chival , the staff here were very attentive and remember your favourite things and your routine.
