I was kind of avoiding this store for no specific reason in the past years and only used them for "IT emergencies", but I started buying often from them again since I moved near their new store some months ago. I was pleasantly surprised with the kind and informed staff and the number of products they have on stock and on display for testing. I also appreciate the parking (they didn't have one at the previous HQ) and the same-day delivery with their own courier service. Definitely moved up in my top 3 preferences for tech shopping in the city,the store is definitely improving.

Personally, I ordered and paid for the products online and the order was put on hold for 2 days until I gave an email surprised by the fact that the status does not change.
Only when I sent an email was I answered and things started to move with the speed of a snail. I have not yet received the order 6 days after its payment.
Do well and do not pay online because your money is blocked and in the end you may need to order elsewhere to receive the product in a normal time.
I don't even want to think about how long it takes to make a return and then give you your money back.
I made the mistake of wanting to stimulate, through my order, the Emag competition for thus increasing the overall quality of services but as Evomag is far behind Emag in terms of services we had no results.
