Let's start:
I ordered an electric scooter. So far, right?
The problem arose after I opened the package at home that afternoon. (10/29/19)
I got the color white, but not black. I received a scratched, used and dirty product, not a new product. I received a product with 42km traveled and the used rear wheel (unlikely to be from testing). Also, the rear brake was very weak.
After many emails and trying to call the useless number of customer support, I managed to give them. A chain of rubbers followed to give me the necessary details for return / change with the ordered product.
After about 2 days I managed to send the parcel.
Yesterday the parcel arrived at 12:15. I send an email today at 11 and something asking me what stage is the return.
I am sent an email asking me to order another product or request a refund, or to call the customer support number to which no one answers. First of all, they sent a useless email asking me to do anything other than what I needed. Secondly, they are extremely insincere. Why give me the phone number you know no one ever answers?
At the moment I expect to "record the return".
I mention that they didn't apologize even once.
Totally disappointing!

*** UPDATE *** 11.11.19
The evoMag manager got in touch with me. Last week (Thursday) I kept in touch by phone and sms. Today I received the desired order. The product is as it should be. Even beyond expectations.
In the end, all things were resolved. The manager was very kind and kept me updated with all the details.
