I bought a TV online from them eight days ago sent me a courier with the defective screen. Lam sent back and they said I broke it without a trace of the blow. I contacted by phone and said they did not check the products on shipment they send back to get the money back or another product. Even today I have not received any answer, I know nothing. I am very disappointed by this company that sells online more than eight days and goes to protect the consumer as this is the procedure.
