I ordered and picked up two phones from the showro...

I ordered and picked up two phones from the showroom (15.05.2017) + another 1 year extra warranty.
The person from there told me that in maximum 3 weeks I will receive by email the document / sheet / confirmation for extra border for each phone series separately.
On June 9, I sent an email, nothing. I tried the sound 4 times in 4 different days, it pulls me out after 2 min. Another email on July 6. Two more phones today July 24 ... nothing.

I am very sorry that I bought from you, I will not do it again in the future.
