A multi-profile store of medium size and lower notoriety, but with a working team, fair and actively involved in solving customer requirements.
In addition, I have a very old relationship with EvoMAG, since the beginning of their activity and I am a consistent customer, being able to say that they are trustworthy. Lately, they have greatly improved their PR, updating the status of their products on the website, the product portfolio and more.
The client's profile from the website, through authentication, presents facilities ref. to the history of orders and the financial situation much more complete and detailed than the competition and big names in the market.
Recommended!

However, I have some recommendations for improvement:
* If you set up that option on the website for. products that are missing from stock, for notification when the stock is refreshed or for the possibility of bringing the product to order, then you would be seen much better by buyers;
** If you reviewed the transfer to the client of the interchange bank commission, then you would be perceived differently by the buyers of PJ;
*** If you optimized the service experience, you would be perceived as much more accurate by customers. From personal experience, insistence was needed for problem solving. In the end they are solved.
However, I would like to mention that I have a relatively large number of products purchased from EvoMAG, and inevitably you also need service ...

I wait a week for an order (1391602) listed on the site in stock. Initially I placed a larger order which they split one in two smaller ones (1391570 they delivered one after I called them 3 times in 3 days) and the other one that has not come yet although it is in stock. all are computer components and I expect now to endure evomag to deliver to me because I cannot assemble the computer unless they want it.
I do not comment on the prices because they are good but I prefer to pay a little more to another store than to expect so much
Edit: I was contacted by a representative who asked me to explain the situation to what I did and stayed to contact me after checking. It seems he forgot ... it has been 2 weeks since he checked.

I bought a Smailo camcorder at BF offer and opted to pick it up from the evoMAG workstation. Saturday after BF I went to the work place and in less than 2 minutes I got possession of the room. At home I found that the camera has a defect, one of the buttons did not work. So after about 2 hours I went back to evoMAG and told them what I found. They took the camera, made the finding and asked me if I want the money back or if I want to replace my product. Since I bought the product because I wanted it, I asked to replace my room. In 5 minutes I solved everything, without unnecessary questions and explanations, without waiting in line. Note 10+. What did not seem ok to me is that the first product seemed resealed and nobody informed me about it initially.

Very bad services. The order placed on 02.06.2020 not delivered until 10.06.2020 in the conditions in which on the site it displays the delivery term "the next day". By message I am informed that it will be delivered in a few days. I waited until 10 when I tried to contact them (of course no one answers the phone). I sent them an email informing them that if the order does not leave for next day delivery, I am no longer interested and can cancel. I receive an SMS in 10 minutes that the order was canceled without apology without anything.
I mention that the rest of the orders were sent late.
In the future I will focus on traders who respect the customer more.

Very bad store, DID NOT RECOMMEND. The products aren't good, the warranties don't cover anything on that product you buy, the staff knows nothing about what they are selling nor about their own procedures, and on top of that, they are very arrogant and unprofessional. Didn't show the minimum interest when my product, a chair, broke and they say the warranty won't cover the fact that the chair broke used in normal conditions for less than 4 months. Why are they even giving warraties? Very poor communication and lack of informations. Hope the ANPC complaint will make them show interest in their customers. Don't even bother to reply to this review, you're the worst on the market out there.

Disappointed with the warranty service and the attitude of those there.
I took a scooter under warranty with a piece detached from the inside of the brake actuation lever and I received an email as if the problem did not exist (even if I sent them the detached piece in the package), moreover, they told me that the scooter has up to the front wheel. I called the service and finally they understood that there was actually a problem with the lever, which has a direct connection with the brake sensor and tied up until they said it just deflated.
I got to EvoMag to lift the scooter and the wheel was deflated ... although the boys noticed the problem, they said they had nothing to do and that I probably brought it with me. I'm not saying I had to go there because no one called me to pick up the product.
Why does the customer always have to lose? Learn from our Western friends.

It's actually my first order with them and I am not sure whether to cancel it or try to get an update. So I ordered on November 19 and on November 23 the order has the same status in their system and by the way the system does not have any forecasted delivery date or something to at least manage expectations if possible. Another annoying thing is that I tried to call a few times and after several minutes of waiting the conversation was ended because there was no one available to speak to me. I have seen recently an improvement for many online shops that have made the proper adjustments to remain responsive during a high season, but not evomag unfortunately....I have no idea when will my order be shipped and I have no way to find this out since no one takes calls from their clients. Will do some research next time I have a tendency to get creative and order from a new shop.

Unfortunately, you cannot return products taken from the store. The selection of products is a bit poor for what they have in the store, but they still have in stock. The prices are decent and fortunately you can pick them up at the headquarters. The employees have enough patience to help you, they are very calm (or maybe I was lucky?). They have them on electric scooters, if you want one this is probably the place you should look. Safety measures for covid exist and it's a plus. They also have parking.

In the end I called and asked why it takes so long, I was told very clearly that if I am not satisfied they will return my money back in 7 working days. The warranty line, the order of over 5000 lei from which a product did not work (HDD), was sent twice in service to receive an email from them that the product presents "mechanical shock" the product was not used and was delivered by them in a plastic bag without any protection. I do not recommend, there are better alternatives.
