Pay close attention to the toes! For me it was the worst experience with a store - of any kind. It was for the first time in my life when I raised the tone in a store.

I ordered a new product, a phone, which I received unsealed, along with a beautiful story - as it was checked at customs. In my desperation (I had just dropped the phone before and didn't have a decent replacement), I swallowed these fairy tales.
After further investigation, I discovered that the phone was used 2-3 months before the time of my purchase.
After I returned it and bought the same product from a serious store, I discovered that an accessory was missing from the package.

I totally lost ~ 3h of my time with this situation and it is definitely my last interaction with evoMAG.
My big regret is that I didn't kidnap a few hours for an ANPC complaint.
