I had to look for this place ( which is kinda far from my place) trying to find an item, - the digital frame which i did not find in other appliances/electronics shops. Arrving there at evoMAG, i was told i need to place the order and they will deliver. They did deliver after 3 days. I am fine with that. Its just that i wished i did the ordering online, had i known that the item is not available in the shop. I was hoping to buy immediately cause i want to gift it for my husband. So i ended up giving the gift delayed.

I ordered a product with the request to be shipped the same day. I'm just from Bucharest and other stores like that do it without any problems. I was told that it can not be because they are very crowded and will be delivered the next day. He came after three days. I'm not saying that the ordered product is a mess. But that's not necessarily the store. Poor organization and timeliness are not desirable. And the mails respond after 5 hours.

I did not have a nice experience with this online store. After I ordered a product after the description on the site, I received one that did not entirely match, the agent blaming the manufacturer, the importer, anyone less to take responsibility for the inaccuracy of the information on their site. I told the operator that he could apologize on behalf of the firm, which was, paradoxically, written on a poster posted on the wall just behind him. Of course I've returned the product back, making my money back on the card. But the lost time and the gasoline for the road to the firm remained my loss.

Order placed on 15.01.2018 - estimated delivery date 18.01.2018. On Friday, 19.01.2018 I called to ask about the order status and the lady from the call center informs me that the supplier has problems and only next week they will receive the goods. I paid in advance, trusting their estimated delivery time. Unpleasant experience! I mention that we are a legal entity! Order it I will cancel! I do not recommend!!! As a tip when ordering something go to the most serious even if the price is sometimes higher, but it compensates with any inconvenience related to products or warranty.

I sent a phone with a defective display and they replied after 30 days, that it was the user's fault, that it was not kept in the conditions recommended by the manufacturer. phone for 1500 lei, repair for 700 lei. They do what they do and you are still good to pay. The phone was not dropped and, to make a joke, it was not washed in the washing machine.

* Update 05 Dec 2017: the product that I bought, ok, new, sealed, untouched, did not rise to the level of my claims as paid money, I know products at half price that are an equally good competitor ... it's too late. .. I placed an order on 03.08 paid online with the card and today 08.08 I am asking for the order why it did not reach me, one of the products is not in stock (of course, the site appears "In stock (exclusively online)" , Product ID 3682742. The operator of the Octavian Enache order is a miserupist, did not send any sms / email or contact me by phone, lack of respect. There is also a complaint to ANPC. on the site and the negligence of the operator is so great.

UPDATE: The problem has been solved, the package has finally arrived.

Don't buy from evoMAG.ro they don't have the products in stock and wait for weeks until you receive them. They are probably sent from China by ship. They lie that they have them in stock to buy nonsense, they take your money and you wait until you feel sick. I've been waiting for a week for a phone call and nothing. I read here and many said that they stayed 2-3 weeks until the product came to them. I gave 2 emails I wrote a private message on Facebook nothing. No one is answering. I think the system has crashed on how many cursed emails I receive. I always took it from eMAG or others. A package came to me from Oradea the next day. And evoMAG is based in Bucharest 2 km from me and fails to send a mobile phone. This is the last time I take it from you. I will write everywhere and on instagram on google maps ...

I ordered a lift product in the showroom. I paid the product to my house and then I went to another home to pick up the order. Surprise! Very bad IT store very bad service the specs on site are incomplete intentionally from what i understood from the guy who provided me the product at the store.
At 5pm when the store is full its just one cashiere that is working the other one just stays and does nothing i'm not sure why and the other one was also a new employee
IN CONCLUSION:
Its a bad store bad couple of employees and also bad management.
I'm sorry for the cashiere that was working so hard and the other next to her was just doing her nails or playing on her phone with no respect for her colleague at all.

First experience with evoMAG and clear and last. I ordered on March 6, 2019 a soundbar from them. I was picking him up personally because I'm in the area. Although on the site he wrote that I could pick him up the next day, only on the third day I received an email from them that he was in the showroom. I go, pay him and give him a boy and tells me that's all. I'm leaving, I mount it, and I notice that the jack cable did not work. I'm going to the showroom after 2 days, because nobody answers the phone (I keep you waiting and after about 7 minutes I shut the phone in my nose). That's where my boyfriend tells me back / guarantees that I can bring him and it takes 2 weeks to fix him. I said that in this case I want to return him. He tells me that the showroom products can not be returned because the customer checks them when picking up (no one asked me if I want to check it, the site does not write that it needs to be checked and the return information is very low on the page - all the conditions to let you you get the pin when you get out of the store and the product is already defective). Transparency 0!

I have had a Samsung C7 phone with you for almost 2 months, which no longer actually works (no longer starts) and although it is still under warranty (until November), you have considered that it should be removed from the warranty because this "problem" does not is covered by warranty ...
Yeah ... and look how nice you washed your hands and you want me to pay for the phone repair for a fee (975 ron)
I paid around 2000 lei when I bought the phone and now ... "it does not come under warranty".
All I have to do is go to Consumer Protection and complain because you don't offer me another chance, gentlemen.

My name is Nicoleta Ciobanu and I bought for the first time from Evo Mag a Blackbrerry Z 30 device that broke down 2 months after the purchase - (my ear was burned - the ear in the ear area was continuously opened), I took it to the service at they and from there it was sent to a Return reception center which in turn sent to a service ... After 10 days the phone was brought to me at the same stage. I took it again on 25.07.2016 and no today neither the service nor Evomag can give me any information ....--- I mention that I have been a Blackberry user for about 10 years and they have always been replaced - not to mention that this problem is clearly not a problem of rebuilding - opinion of the connoisseurs .... SO no longer buying from them --- SERVICE -0-
