It was a bit crowded, when I was, only 2 sellers at the counter and the tail at both.
I wanted to find out more information about a product and because the sellers were busy, I sat in the queue. I stayed pretty long in the queue, I got bored and left without asking anything.
The fact that I went especially to them to see a product and ask about it, bypassing the destination to which I had to reach and being late, because I was in the queue, made me give only 3 stars.
They needed employees.
Maybe it's not always the same.
