Unfortunately, the last order I made at this store. He does not know how to respect his clients who prefer to pick up products from the showroom. So far I have needed to return to 2 products picked up from the showroom. The first one was received without any problems. At the second I was told "dry" by a lady that the products picked up from the showroom could not be returned. Very nice way to gain customers.
Disappointing...
