For identification Order 1470937 and FF 1138532 / 28.02.2020

Hello on 28.02 I bought a wifi6 Rooter that broke down and was received in evomag service on 17.04 "Service request no: 31215"
From then until today I have waited and communicated by e-mail with the service and guarantees department info.garantii@evomag.ro; service@evomag.ro and Mr. David Pastea-Dept. Info Garantii & Retur, but after about 30 calendar days I receive the same answer:
"Your product is in the custody of the authorized service, where it was diagnosed and put in place.
As soon as we have more information, we will let you know. "

I strongly believe that Evomag respects its customers and wants a quick solution to each warranty case.
But as I have shown understanding for the pandemic situation, I hope that the company will also show understanding for this case and have a solution as soon as possible either by returning the product to its functional state, or by replacing the product or by reimbursing the acquisition cost. .
