I have been coming to The Great Smoky Mountains at least twice a year for the past 19 years. I have rented cabins from just about every resource over this time period. I recently rented from Eden Crest Vacation Rentals and they were awesome!
I have very specific criteria for what I want in a rental and the staff at Eden Crest were very helpful in helping me find the perfect cabin in the perfect location, and offered very reasonable rates. The cabin waas clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The location was convenient to all the area has to offer. If there are any issues, such as I had, concerning wi-fi, Eden Crest has staff on hand and and on call to quickly respond, and remedy nearly every imagineable need.
The bonus of the Passport To Paradise, which is included in each rental, is also very much appreciated! Mama's Farmhouse has GREAT southern style food, Mad Dog's Creamery offers all kinds of ice cream delights for that sweet tooth, Ripley's Aquarium is interesting for all ages (and a great place to spend some time for indoor, climate controlled fun!) Unlimited DVD rentals make for relaxing "movie night in". For an evening of laughter and entertainment, the Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Show, the Comedy Barn, and the Smoky Mountain Opry are long standing area favorites! The Smith Morning Variety Show is another fun way to start your day off before exploring all the Smokies have to offer.
In all my experience, until Eden Crest, I have not used a rental company more than once, from now on, they will be my first "Go To" for all my mountain trips, and I highly recommend them for anyone, be they experienced travelers, like myself, or first timers who want to get the best out of their vacation experience.
