Eden Crest Vacation Rentals is a very dishonest business. We booked our vacation last year and because of the pandemic we were forced to cancel. When we called to cancel they told us that we would not get a refund. The representative also said people were still traveling. I told her that the president was encouraging people to stay home and it was not safe to travel. So why would we travel and put our lives on the line and everything in TN would be closed anyways. When I spoke to management she said there was nothing they can do. A few days went by and I went on their website and they said they were giving refunds as long as your were 14 days out. We were only a few days away from our vacation. Again I called and spoke to management and asked how this was fair that they would pick and choose which customers they would take care of. After getting no where with this company I was forced to file a dispute and in the meantime they reached out to me and asked if a voucher for next year would be ok. I said yes and I ended the dispute. We were recharged. When we went to book this year with the voucher they told us that it was not valid, and when I asked the reservation manager why he told me it was because we filed a dispute and were forbidden to stay there. I told him we were recharged and he said it didn t matter. So we are out just about 1k to this dishonest company. I have never seen a more dishonest or heartless company than this one. Customer service is not a priority here. It is sad to think that our vacation is ruined and many hours were wasted with this company just so they can screw us.
