We had the Rising Eagle cabin booked for a year and a half prior to our 25th anniversary event. The cabin inside was lovely, accomodating all our guests perfectly. Only to have our parents room (who were nervous about coming at all) infested with bedbugs. We were moved to an outdated, place that didn't have the hottub, jucuzzi tubs, pool table nor cabin feel. The first bedroom we attempted there had mold. We absolutely love the Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg area and this is why we chose it for our special event. So disappointing not to mention the aggravation the bedbugs caused. Between the Rising Eagle owners and Eden Crest, all they could do is say sorry. :( We will not use Eden Crest again.
