Result: Delivered to a completely different street with a completely different house number and name and then signed by the driver in my name!

Zero service. After calling and repeatedly emphasizing in the chat that the symbol of the receiving address is not with me in the app, the package has now disappeared in a different location with a different postcode and house number.

Now it turned out that DPD simply took a different address than on the label.

Only the street name is the same: ZIP code, place and recipient name have been changed.

You can save yourself a call! It costs min. 20 cents to have someone with hardly any knowledge of German sitting at the other end, who answers every question with "Parcel is coming tomorrow".

I waited 3 days after the requested delivery date. On the 4th it disappeared.

DPD employees were not able to redirect to another address (only street and house number) or in a parcel shop. As well as creating a new desired delivery date. Whatever the reason.

Thank you DPD, I have nothing better to do.

Package will be delivered earlier than expected instead of Saturday to Friday.
And where is it delivered, of course? In a doctor's practice that is closed over the weekend.
Couldn't it have just been dropped off at the post office or at the neighbors?

I have not given a balcony, a parking okay or something similar. and therefore cannot understand the reviews of the others.

My experience was perfect; Arrived earlier than expected (Saturday morning, I stupidly slept for a few minutes, but he rang long enough & waited, which I mentally registered only a few minutes after waking up xD) and then again directly on Monday at 9 a.m.

A 26 kilo parcel, so super friendly that he came back and did not hand it in at any parcel shop - THANK YOU!

Dragged it to me on the third floor and the package was also completely undamaged or even scratched, which wouldn't have bothered me, but it is good handling, if you ask me.

The good man was also friendly and efficient in my opinion.

What I like best about DPD;
You can live track the delivery van via the website IN REAL TIME and the "expected delivery time" adapted in real time to the varying routes of the driver.
At first it was 9:50 a.m. to 10:50 a.m. and the closer he got to my part of town, the more precise the time window was until finally 9:10 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Funnily enough, it came at 9:05 a.m., so it's not 100% precise, but it was even better in my favor.

DHL was initially my preferred supplier of choice, but the work from parcel station to parcel station in my area, which ultimately has a massive impact on the delivery time.

There was talk of 2-3 working days in the email from the online shop & DPD and it arrived - if I hadn't slept on Saturday - after one working day, whereby Saturday (as far as I know at least) is not even a working day .

I was really happy and if I have the choice, only DPD will deliver! The best service in my eyes and the live tracking in real time still fascinates me!

I'm 90% satisfied with DPD; the parcels arrive here on time and in good condition. The drivers are mostly stressed and in a hurry, but friendly nonetheless.
Of course there are exceptions and then you get particularly annoyed - "given to residents" without a name or someone rang the bell after 9:30 p.m. storm, so that the children were awake again. Does not work at all!

Two days before today's parcel delivery I received an email from DPD where it says which day (Saturday, April 11, 2020) and the period (between 9:06 a.m. and 10:06 a.m.) where I will receive the delivery. This Saturday, April 11th, my doorbell rang at 9:03 am. The messenger was actually there. I have the impression that everything is being pushed onto Corona these days. Thank goodness we have Corona. What other excuse would you come up with? I had problems with DPD well before Corona. Delivery parcel was dropped at the bottom by the main door entrance and we were at home to recieve the parcel in the 3rd floor. No notification was emailed/given to say it was left by the bottom of the elevator. When I went looking for it I found it and the parcel was damaged and opened. When I opened to check the parcel, one of the items was missing! This is not good service and trustworthy of the company. I am annoyed and angry from this experience. This is why I have to share this to allow the company to know and also track down this staff member and hopefully investigate into this issue.

We had order a parcel from Czech Republic deliver to Nurnberg, Germany.
BUT!!! An unprecedentedly big problem happened to us. My seller from Czech have checked on the system that the package has been delivered, but we have not received any calls or messages from the shipper(driver) of DPD. And until from now, we do not understand what happened to my package and we dont receive anything from DPD!!! Hope DPP has to handle these issues for customers, it is impossible to lose such packages. Money is one thing, but the important thing is work attitude and persuasion!!!!

Unfortunately, of all delivery services, DPD is the worst. In 90% of the cases, the messenger doesn't bother to drive to our address, but delivers the parcels directly to a pick-up shop. We live on a large site and DPD doesn't want to look for the entrance there. There is also no collection card left.

In 10% of the cases the parcel does not get beyond the DPD distribution center. So it is not delivered at all. Bad luck.

Today we intercepted the messenger. He had parked the package a long way from our entrance. When we asked him to at least put the parcel in front of our terrace (the way is shorter than to our front door) - we were only furiously bullied and insulted in a language unknown to us.

We are now avoiding orders and online shops that only offer shipping by DPD.

Parcel carrier rang the doorbell downstairs, but simply parked the parcel down by the stairs in an apartment building. We also have a doctor in house and a lot of visitors. If the friendly neighbor hadn't seen it and brought it up, it would certainly be gone.

I had ordered 2 ceiling spotlights from Poco, which one below
mentioned delivery number were delivered to me today at 1.40 p.m.
The driver rang the bell, I opened the door with a "buzzer". He called me
something completely incomprehensible from the stairwell. I
