Get a package again today via DPD. I had stated several times where the packages should be placed. But DPD makes it very easy: under the motto contactless, just put the shipment in front of the door and away without ringing the bell. I had already complained to the customer service center. But that didn't work either. Why give a place where the package should be parked. You can give yourself that. Has happened for the third time in a row. Contactless is okay, but unfortunately customer service is also part of it. Never again DPD. Package was open and damaged.
