The big box was demolished! Torn off from the front. The doorbell rang and someone said come down to pick up the package. Since I was not at home, my wife had to go 3 floors down and take the 15 KG package! Not even offered to bring it up as a parcel delivery person, there is a woman to pick it up! is unacceptable to me!
The lower lines were for the deliveries before, today 10.10.2020 was great, the driver was friendly and brought me 3 parcels to the 2nd floor, thank you very much for that. There is a reason why you have to use this service: You register separately on the DpD page and specify the storage location which is of no use. Put it up in front of the apartment door, specifically described does not mean outside the entrance door, and do not even report! I don't live in the house alone. It is always worse with the services. So healthy, strong people can have DPD delivered, but if they need help they prefer to leave their fingers off.

I can't say anything negative about DPD. The package was delivered correctly and in a friendly manner (2nd floor, elevator). I was really worried because you read so many negative things on the forums ... I think there are black sheep everywhere, but they should be sorted out.

Parcels are thrown over several meters over the fence to the front door. A complaint to DPD shows little chance of success that something will change. I contacted the Federal Network Agency and officially lodged a complaint there, I can only recommend this to anyone who has problems.

I got parcel after week after so much of struggle (I called, sent them email ) Unprofessional. 3. Package was handed in to the neighbor even though I'm at home. In the current situation you should avoid contact with the neighbor and just wait 5 seconds before opening the door.
Unfortunately, the service is not provided. Parcels are simply deposited in the stairwell without being handed over to the recipient, even though they are at home and open. This is not an isolated case but a standard. That's cheating.
Disaster this logistician. The drivers never speak a language you can understand, forge signatures, steal shipments and the service is never available. That such a company still survives today. Please go bankrupt.

In my opinion the best deliverer. Delivery is announced by email to the exact hour, so you can plan your day optimally. There is a very nice, friendly, young man working in our region (zip code 87737).
A star is too much. After 4 days supposedly could not be delivered, the package has finally arrived. Was put off from one day to the next. After a massive complaint from me and the sender, it finally worked. Definitely not recommended.

Catastrophe. The driver / deliverer just cheeky and something rude. It was an expensive wine delivery from France, 2 heavy boxes. He comes up (3rd floor) to our front door with the 1st box, tells me: the 2nd box is below and he would have "no time" to carry it up to me. I was totally flabbergasted. Then he said "I don't care" when I asked him what that was all about! He immediately ran down the stairs and he was gone! Really blatant. Absolute NO GO!
The delivery time was always changed. I was then at an appointment. When I got home the package was just outside the front door without my approval. I can be glad that no one took the package with them. That s not possible.
Unfortunately the star is still too much. By chance, because I wanted to know when my package will finally arrive, I read the message that the package had been delivered to my house. Dear DPD, if someone is at home just ringing the bell and bringing it up or if I specify the front door then I would not like to have it anywhere else on my door.
So I order very often and when I read dpd I always get something too much, either I have to search for my parcel because the doorbell has not ringed recently or if someone rings my bell I am asked to come down and drag a 30 kilo package up with two children together let alone understand the language not at all because the driver is in my opinion too lazy to work. I will also complain but I said the driver loudly and clearly that I can't get down because of my children they are still very much small there said that he would not have understood me there should be someone who speaks and understands German properly

DPD rarely delivers directly/correctly. Again this morning a package was supposedly delivered to our neighbour. The neighbor's name given is our own family name. No neighbor's has received a package for us. We have no way of tracking this package. One star is too much for the service.

Did not attempt to deliver, just sent it straight to a pick up stop. It took calling to even know that it was sent there as the online form just said it was delivered to 'GES'.
DPD does not ring! Even though someone is at home. In the pickup shop it is delivered 3 days later to pick it up there. The DPD package navigator cannot be used either, everything is always grayed out, so nothing can be selected. Complaints are not followed up, no feedback. Big bow to DPD. At least on tour 104 !!!

As always great! The deliverer, who always delivers to me, is by far the friendliest and warmest person. I've ever seen him, he's always in a great mood and with a smile on his face. Also has a lot of humor and lets out a good saying or two. I am very satisfied with DPD and especially with the deliverer in 41748 Viersen again and again! DPD I really appreciate the team of DPD. Delivery was on perfect time. And the driver was very nice and friendly with very good behaviour. He was really helpful guy. I ordered something and delivery was with DPD , I got a timings at what time my order will arrive by me. I got tracking number, so that I can trace my order . I got my order on time. And the delivery man was very gentle and calm with very good behaviour . the 5 star for delivery man and for DPD. Parking without a parking permit is not possible. In addition, it is easily accessible outside for everyone behind the open garden gate. Very poor service. My package was a piece of furniture. 1. They never contacted me so that we can agree on a specific date and time for the delivery. They decided on the day and just emailed me. 2. Once I new about the delivery, I arranged to be home in order to receive it. Then they decided to send it a week earlier and sent me an email the day of the delivery, which I got the chance to read, only after the delivery was made. 3. I came home to find the package abandoned in front of my door. UNACCEPTABLE! You really need to attend seminars or something like that, to learn how you should be doing your job. People work in order to afford to pay for the packages you deliver. You can't just decide when you want to delivery something (especially a piece of furniture) and show up and leave it outside!
The driver refused to bring the (0.48kg) package to the 1st floor, when there was even an elevator available. Maybe he should read the DPD's AGBs again
The packet was supposed to be delivered originally 2 days earlier according to DPD themselves, but during the one hour window that was given to me, no-one showed up. It was delivered today and despite the fact that no-one was at home, the packet was left outside the door in clear sight and reach to the public. It could have very easily been stolen. I, of course, did not give any such request or guidance.

We get a delivery every Saturday, every time we were at home to receive the package. It was NEVER rang. Food is included in the package. The first two times it was simply parked in the sun with our neighbors. We could throw away the food! The third time the box was not delivered at all. After several inquiries it was said that the delivery was late. The order status was changed to Delivered but the package never arrived. The fourth time the package was allegedly parked at the storage location (hallway) but it was under the carport, next to the neighbor's car. DPD is an absolute disaster and absolutely not to be recommended.
Tracking good, good delivery, if it weren't for the neighbors mostly. Name German breakdown service would also be good. Thank you for the problems you cause your customers. The only thing that helps is distance and nothing to order where the transport company is included.

Simply put the package in front of the door. We were already on vacation at the time. You can't ring the bell, put the package down, and make sure that no one is going to get it in at all. Impossible!!

The package was not only announced via email and could be tracked using the tracking number, but the expected delivery time was even limited to a period of 2 hours, continuously updated and narrowed down.
