Today my shipment was delivered by Mr. Naftei. I was sick myself. My friend opened the door for me - probably too late for the postman ... who stood in the front door with a threatening gesture and SCHMISS the shipment against her. Had there been anything fragile in it, it would definitely have broken. Apart from that: how can a service provider behave like this? For me this is an absolute NO GO. If possible: never again DPD.
