Specified that the shipment should be parked in front of the front door, as we will probably not be there. The driver rang the doorbell after parking on the street and my wife had to carry a VERY heavy package upstairs. The package wasn't even delivered to your doorstep! A star is more than earned because it will NOT fix this issue. How can it be !? :(
