Not a reliable shipping service provider. Takes a week to deliver a package. Nothing happens with complaints. Corona again and again as an excuse. I have the impression that everything is being pushed onto Corona these days. Thank goodness we have Corona. What other excuse would you come up with? I had problems with DPD well before Corona. So the excuse doesn't count for me ...
