I'm horrified at how rude and incompetent the driver was
who delivered the package to me.
I had ordered 2 ceiling spotlights from Poco, which one below
mentioned delivery number were delivered to me today at 1.40 p.m.
The driver rang the bell, I opened the door with a "buzzer". He called me
something completely incomprehensible from the stairwell. I
live on the 2nd floor. Since he made no move to get up, I asked
after what is. He shouted something like, "Package! Heavy! Get!" I
replied that this was not possible. Then he came visibly
upset. I am severely disabled and said this too. He
continued to be very angry and said, among other things. that I
"normally have to come down myself". Then he disappeared without a greeting.

Such behavior surprises and horrifies me.
