The 2 times the DPD simply leaves the package outs...

The 2 times the DPD simply leaves the package outside. I have issued a parking permit for the garage. The first time the package was placed in front of the garage, not in the garage, so it was accessible to everyone. Today again instead of in the garage it was placed next to the front door and accessible to everyone. There was great value in the package. I will complain to the sender that absolutely cannot be.
