Delivered to my parking space to my complete satisfaction

So far I have had no problems with DPD. The delivery has always worked well. Your app is great, you can easily see how far the deliverer is. If it is not enough for me, I will redirect him to the parcel shop. Really good. Better than the competition, at least here in Sindelfingen.

At first our Poco order was not delivered, although the delivery was announced and we were at home. Then we personally refused to accept it on Friday, the parcel was taken back immediately and then it was simply placed on the door on Monday. The online support does not solve this problem, the online chat is computer controlled and absolutely incompetent. I will immediately refuse dealers with DPD delivery. I have never experienced such audacity!

Delivery staff throw the parcels in front of the stairwell and are gone before the apartment door (4th floor) is even open. The last!

Tried to follow him then he met me 5 minutes later in the forest! I drove to the depot, my video showed that he had no intention of stopping at me!

Underground! No driver can read address labels so my parcels will NEVER be delivered correctly. Unreliable, sloppy, just bad !!! If I could give 0 stars I would do it! No other parcel service is nearly as bad!

very worst experience with DPD delivery boy. He just left the parcel on the road and gone. 2 times wantedly not delivered the parcel just saying could not identify the address and third time when we given the pickup point also, he did not deliver . Very much worst experience with DPD. Pl dont trust the DPD.

Delivery would simply be placed on the doorstep without a parking permit. That wasn't the worst of it, bad thing was that the porcelain sink in it was totally destroyed. Something like that shouldn't happen.

Unreliable service, poor handling of the parcels - repeatedly received damaged parcels - also with consequential damage to the goods. Unfortunately at Amazon I cannot choose who should deliver the goods to me - otherwise DPD and Hermes would definitely not be a choice!

DPD has disappointed with every order in the past few months. I'm at home every time, the doorbell just never rings. Because I live on the third floor. Today I got a fully automatic coffee machine "delivered". The package was simply parked in front of the door. Don't cost anything like that!

Package is supposed to be at the storage location, but it is not. I haven't even given a filing permit, the package is now gone.

The first time it went back to the sender and yesterday it was automatically forwarded to a parcel shop. The reason for both packages is: "Nobody is at home." It's a cheek, as we had set up both packages so that someone was at home.
If the parcel deliverers have too many parcels with them and cannot make it in time, they should consider increasing the number of employees.

1 day later in the late afternoon from work there is a package in front of my apartment door in the stairwell where everyone has public access because the front door was open and my package was totally depressed and had already been opened.
