Instead of contactless delivery, the consignment was simply placed in front of the door and the deliverer was gone immediately after the doorbells. Completely unacceptable. Unthinkable if the delivery had contained something valuable. DPD should have earned 0 stars.

If I already determine a storage location and also agree that my package will be stored there, then it is probably not too much to park it there and not to put it directly in front of the door (which is located directly on the street and literally cries out to take the package with you). Thank you for nothing.

First the doorbell rings 5 times and then you just throw packets into the entrance u just go - although I asked to drop it off on the 1st floor ... because I am handicapped. An impudence !

Goods were brought with a hand truck (package 23 kg heavy and bulky) directly to our door. Great, it doesn't get any better

I had rescheduled the delivery via app to a Saturday, it worked without any problems. The driver was very friendly and brought the package to the apartment door on the second floor.

You get a delivery time ... you stay at home, then the deliverers don't even have to ring the bell. The parcels are simply put down in a way that makes the pig shudder ... at a recycling yard tidier out .... ashamed of yourselves !!!!

Allegedly there is no package for me and then all the other customers read to me with their names and addresses so much about data protection. The breath that smells of alcohol is not pleasant either. In the evening the package was thrown over the gate. Which is nothing new at dpd anyway. Very nice DPD driver. Package arrived. Nothing broken or anything else. It also always depends on who is driving. So far, since I've already lived in several places, I only met 3 drivers where everything went great.

Just terrible ... parcels are not delivered even though someone is at home and even if you try to turn it off, things are somewhere with the neighbors.

Quick delivery, well working online tracking. But apparently the parcel deliverer is not paid for ringing at the recipient? It has never been tried to deliver the package directly and it is not funny to see "Your parcel was delivered" and then to ring myself along the neighborhood asking if someone has my parcel. That is a bad conclusion! May be there is an enormous pressure, so I just hope the causes of the deficiency would be recognized by the right area of responsibility.

I have always had a good experience with DPD, especially the live tracking helps. Today it was not quite right, the driver was there rather than expected, but better than the other way around.

Although you can clarify with the support by email when and where the package is to be handed in, the package will not be delivered even though there were 2 people in the house and last but not least you will be given as a person where it was delivered, strange and incomprehensible. The support that you can reach by phone after more than half an hour of waiting for a chargeable call, then tells me that it has been delivered, is not so that you call exactly because that didn't happen. Instead of taking care of the matter, the only thing to do is to report to the seller and complain. Would rather not have given a star because it is an absolute cheek. The entire service that I was able to experience at DPD in this case is bad underground today. Fortunately, we usually get parcels delivered via DHL and Hermes, where something goes wrong, but the customers and their concerns are dealt with much better, especially if the error occurs in their home.

Bad, although I say that I'm at home and the package should be brought upstairs, the post office from DPD just ignore me and leave my package at the bottom of the stairwell. There's a reason i order this because i can't carry packages from the bottom up !!

Had ordered notes, these were delivered by DPD. The deliverer had apparently forcibly pushed the mailer fully into the mailbox, leaving the booklet with edges and cracks in some cases.
The delivery person could have rang the doorbell because I was at home!

Last shop, deliverer refuses to deliver goods to the door.
Put them on the floor by mailboxes in a family house.

My package was thrown into the ditch in front of the house ... I understand that the postmen don't want to ring the bell and e.g. put the package in the garage. But just throwing it in the trench really doesn't work!

I receive up to 3 packages with DPD per week. Always on time, as indicated by the app, always very friendly deliverer and direct delivery to me. I can rely on DPD.

Deliverer throws the packages around. And before the wrong address. After he was made aware of it, he became very angry. This is not possible for such a company. Not even with stress .......

Deliverers are not service-oriented.
Based on my experience, I only see a serious interest in a few (<5%) delivery agents in successfully performing the following task:
"Bring package X to person Y"
Downstream services such as "bringing them to the door" are not even worth mentioning as they do not take place.
Too bad the company itself would have potential.
It is estimated that a lot has been invested internally in process optimization and digitization. Not in the goal-oriented work of the delivery staff in my experience.
