The package would have arrived on time, the messen...

The package would have arrived on time, the messenger would only have had to deliver the package. We were at home. But the messenger was obviously too cumbersome to do his job. There wasn't even a card in the mailbox, so I should have known when it arrived. I don't know why DPD boasts so much if the company doesn't even pay the messengers properly so that they can do their job conscientiously. There is an urgent need for action !!!
