For the 2.x the driver didn't ring the bell. Just drop off packages one house. I saw it myself and then had to go to the neighbors. He also shoots here on the yard where animals and children run around. Of course, time is not worth the money but an accident.

Driver not ring the bell and no notification card in my Mail. Also the customer service did not want to reschedule a Delivery, they forced me to pick it up at a pickup shop. Even the after I read her the Conditions of DPD , she didn t want to listen. I don t care what the conditions say, you have to pick it up.

Positiv war die schnelle Lieferzeit. In der DPD App wird einem dann am Liefertag an gezeigt wann mit der Lieferung zu rechnen ist, was auch super geklappt hat.
Offensichtlich ist es zu beschwerlich den Kunden ihre Bestellung nach Hause zu bringen, laut der Mitarbeiterin im Shop, ist es bei DPD normal so zu arbeiten. Sehr schlechter Service !!!

My order was placed on 05.04.2020 and only today it arrived ..too long before the product reaches the destination .... if time were reduced, I think many more people opt for courier with DPD ....
The most unfriendly parcel driver I've ever met. The packages are thrown, the driver does not understand a single word and refuses to talk and the worst thing is that he then rushes through the 30s zone at a much excessive speed.
The parcel service is mega bad because they don't wait 5 seconds at the door after the doorbell rings and if you catch them and ask them what it's supposed to do, they'll get the answer that they'll never deliver anything again.

Delivery consisted of 2 packages but only 1 was brought, the other was probably too heavy for him. Since I don't know that there should be 2, I let him go. Now I'm standing there. Never can I remember a case when DPD would properly deliver a parcel. Either they don't even bother to ring the bell and leave it somewhere on the floor by the mailboxes where it can be picked up by anyone or they leave it with someone else (while I was home waiting for the parcel) and not even properly notifying who has my parcel. The package was delivered to a family with a different name on a different street. Only the postcode and house number matched. Neither the street name nor the family name were even similar to the recipient address. Fortunately, everyone knows each other in the village and the package was then "delivered" privately to the right recipient.

Unfortunately, the DPD messenger is often not able to deliver on the day of the announced delivery. We are at home, but nobody rings the doorbell and then we just get the mail that an attempt has been made. The packages are also always demolished. The latest example is a cup that is completely broken and the package is clearly dented, although it says "Caution Glass". Absolutely not a recommendation.

An absolute disaster !! What kind of "company" is it ??? Every time I dealt with DPD, something went wrong - either there is no attempt to deliver the parcel, just go to the parcel shop where I can pick it up, or it is three doors down in the garden with the neighbors I can look for it or the package just disappears. If you then contact customer service, there is no answer !! The consequence: never again DPD. If I could, it would be zero stars. I no longer buy anything that only DPD is used, my own parcels go exclusively to DHL (consistently positive experiences).

First of all. Package is intact and the deliverers were friendly too. My rating is negative because the effort I had to make on my part to receive my package was too great. For me the effort is acceptable, parcel cannot be delivered = parcel has to be picked up in the parcel shop. Very very bad! The deliverer just threw my package on the stairs below today, although I live one floor up and asked him to bring the package up to me. No reaction, no respect for the customer. I am very dissatisfied with DPD. In bad weather, the driver drove past several times without even getting out. The remark then said recipient not reached. Today a package was completely delivered to the wrong address, although the correct address was on the package. An incorrect address was already given in the announcement. Just because there was birdseed in the package (the package was open) does not have to be delivered to the Samen Schneider company.

Catastrophic customer service. 3 packages had to be sent back because the driver could not find the address (live directly on the main street, he even drove to neighboring houses several times). In the 4th package, I used live tracking and followed the driver by bike. When he wanted to drive past again, I simply stood in his way. Unfortunately the driver did not speak German (like almost all DPD drivers) and therefore a constructive conversation was not possible. Neither with customer service who simply hangs up.

Despite minor problems in the past, the parcel service is very reliable. Parking works just fine, the announced times are kept.
