Very very bad!

Very very bad!
The deliverer just threw my package on the stairs below today, although I live one floor up and asked him to bring the package up to me.
No reaction, no respect for the customer. That is not how it works. Only bad.
I still opened the window and said that he was obliged to deliver my package to my front door, whereupon he waved it off only with his hand. It's just disrespectful and customer-unfriendly. DPD is the worst delivery service among the others. Is definitely in need of improvement and immediately!
