Since the DPD has for the umpteenth time not delivered the ordered goods in the village shop but simply parked them somewhere in the side area of the building, I have to write that.
No deliverer can be so blind to overlook the village shop. It was always during our opening times.
I ask you to train your drivers better.
It was expensive paid goods.
After the delivery confirmation, which I only read at 8 p.m., an employee had to go to the village shop again and searched the whole property from the building and found the goods in the side area. Very bad service.
