Things as usual. Nobody calls at the door or even leaves a delivery attempt notice in the letter box. I just got a message from Amazon about unsuccessful attempt and then the bulky package immediately was directed to the Packet Shop.

DPD is completely incompetent. Every time, parcels are placed in front of someone else's front door somewhere nearby without ringing. Finding and receiving the packages is pure gamble.

Unfortunately, I have to make sure that every order is NOT sent with DPD. Every time the DPD driver places the parcels outside the high-rise building (70 parties) in the open in front of the front door, where strangers can and unfortunately already have them. DPD's customer service responded seriously that the driver is not obliged to ring the neighbors' doorbell in order to get into the house and therefore my parking location cannot be reached ... Totally unprofessional and unreliable service. Parcel carrier delivers the parcel before (!) The previously communicated time and reports this as a refusal of acceptance and sends it back. After calling the hotline, we promise to deliver again for the same day. Then we stay at home the day, wasting a vacation day and what happens - unfortunately nothing. After another call (always on the same day), the operator does not know about a new delivery for the same day.
Result: One day of vacation wasted for a non-delivery. This then takes place the next day when the parcel delivery person complains vehemently (since he was there for free the day before)
And: this is not the first negative experience with DPD. Without further comment.
