I was not informed when the package will arrive. Moreover, as I wasn't home the moment the driver arrived, he just gave the parcel to someone that I don't know and didn't leave any note saying that the parcel was left by someone else. I therefore only figured out that my parcel was delivered to someone else after a few days. I contacted the help desk, but they could not contact the driver as 48 hours had already passed. Trying to figure out where the parcel is with the help of a country at the other side of Europe, where the parcel was sent from... Not recommended.
