Driver rang the doorbell, I printed it and he just put it in front of the door instead of delivering 1 above. You couldn't say anything that was immediately gone

When I received a package today, the delivery agent asked me very unfriendly to receive the package on the ground floor, when I came down (3 floors) the package was on the landing. When I wanted to explain to the deliverer that this was not possible, I had a crying toddler in the apartment, he wrote to me. That is not how it works!

The reason I'm giving one star is that the delivery person never actually rings the bell to deliver the package to us

Everything worked out great, the driver was nice and even punctual to the minute.

Hi! I received an email that the package has come, but I have never seen it, nobody called me, although I was at home... I cannot imagine worst service.

Parcels were repeatedly marked as delivered, but this did not happen. In another case, a pick-up was guaranteed 5 (!!) times, but that never happened. Had to send the package back with DHL in the end. I don't think there is a worse parcel service.

Unfortunately the package was, despite the communicated and confirmed storage location: TERRACE
not parked there.
But at the front door. Live in an apartment building. Otherwise someone could have taken the package with them.
Once again I am very disappointed with DPD .... DPD .... that was unfortunately inadequate

Unfortunately, after some experiences in the past few weeks, I can no longer write anything positive about DPD.
Parcels are set to delivered and have never reached us. Today's delivery only sealed my opinion.
The delivery was announced between 10:41 and 11:41. And during this period, the delivery vehicle actually approached, according to the shipment tracking. Delivered to a company in the neighborhood (within sight) and drove again. Until 13:50 our package was still being driven through the city.
After delivery, we only noticed the damage to the package and the resulting slight, damage to the goods inside (see photos).

My package was completely torn into the mailbox.

Shouldn't have fit in the slot at all, but it was probably made to fit.

The item is completely destroyed. You can see this without opening the packaging because it is transparent.

It is obvious that I am not satisfied. And that I will definitely never send anything via DPD.

There is no ringing. Instead of the parcel deliverer doing his job for a few seconds and coming into the house, I have to repeatedly run 1 km to the parcel shop. My other packages also reach me on the same day. 0 stars

One disaster. Parcel is simply not delivered, even though you are at home all day and the next day the driver stops and puts it in front of the door. No ring nothing. Once the package was even in the paper bin (no message where the package is located), two days later the paper bin was emptied .....

We have announced in advance that we will not accept the package and attached another note to the door on which we wrote that we refuse to accept it. And what does the parcel deliverer do. He still puts the package in the garden. An impudence. At DPD, 1 star is already too many.

I'm actually more than satisfied with DPD, just sometimes just putting things in front of the driveway or putting them in the garbage can, as is the case today. It's a nogo. (when I say terrace then I also mean terrace)

Delivery should take place on May 15th, changed the time to May 16, 20 because I am at home there. I waited all day, the package was not delivered and I received no message that I would not receive the package that day.
The package was only delivered on 19.5.20, i.e. 4 days later as announced.

From our point of view, at least in terms of our delivery district in Stuttgart-West, the worst of all large logistics companies.
Very often no delivery attempts are made and the parcels are brought directly to a parcel shop, which is not notified.
The transit times and the number of "lost" parcels are noticeably higher or greater than with others, the customer service generally does not answer us.

Nevertheless, we have decided to no longer accept shipping goods from DPD or to insist on another logistician.

My last package was simply put on the doorstep without ringing the bell. Had a neighbor not been accepted, it might have been lost.

I have not given a deposit OK and it is always given to the neighbor even though someone is at home.

I happened to recognize my package in his car. Then I had to hear that it was a different house number. Which was my garage number.
I am glad that I was able to get my parcel "with duress".
So my future orders from DPD are definitely over.

Always as promised. Very punctual, professional and reliable.

After I found out what was wrong with the house number, I called to have it changed. I was assured that this was done. The reality was different. No change. Called again and I had another fool on the phone who didn't know what to do. In the meantime, the package was taken out of the car. Eternal traffic. And in the depot there are only illiterates who get nothing baked. The last option for the driver (lives just a stone's throw away from me) is to pay a visit. The next day he brought me the package.

Nun schon das 2 Paket wo Probleme sind. Bei beiden war jemand zu Hause aber es kam kein Zusteller!!! Erste Paket war im Paketshop, was nicht sein kann da einfach keine Zustellung stattgefunden hat.

Was home waiting for the delivery. No-one came and was just given to someone I do not even know. I would actually give 0 stars if possible.

Very bad service, the package was simply parked in front of the front door, without notification, without ringing the neighbors! After work, I first had to check out all the neighbors! Luckily someone took it in! After all, I paid shipping costs, it wasn't like that it was a "Prime" delivery !!!
In the future I will write to the seller directly and refuse a delivery with DPD, even if I have to pay double shipping costs!

Status online says delivered to "agreed place" but I've no clue where it is. I've been at home all day long and no one show up or press the door bell. No notification card in mailbox. Called the service center and the only reply is to have an investigation and give an answer in 48 hours. But the delivery is flowers to friend's birthday. Terrible service. Will try every effort to avoid from now on.

It happens very often that the parcels are left standing at the door (16 parties in the house). Very annoying .. especially because my wife (50kg) has to carry several 20-25 kg packages. I am aware that the parcel deliverers are always under stress, but it's annoying because neither I nor my wife can do anything about it ..

Package was parked in front of house number 26 on the street. I live 24a. I have never (as claimed by the delivery person) agreed on a storage location, and certainly not on the street, luckily a neighbor found it by chance. Outrageous !

Driver-friendly delivery on time. But your employees should handle food deliveries better. When the package was opened, food was damaged and even leaked.
