Driver not ring the bell and no notification card in my Mail.
Also the customer service did not want to reschedule a Delivery, they forced me to pick it up at a pickup shop.
Even the after I read her the Conditions of DPD , she didn t want to listen. I don t care what the conditions say, you have to pick it up.
