I had very bad experience with dpd well my item is from nike and due to covid i have ordered online and in this covid situation UPS was not doing next day delivery so nike approached dpd and at the end the item was not delivered to me but in their portal it says the item is delivered to FGHCD when i spoke to dpd customer care they were not clear who is fghcd and said they will check with the ware house and come back to me. But i didnt stop there i reported this to NIKE and asked to investigate the issue. So that the issue can be fixed weather it was a delivery issue or anything else. But still i dont recommend dpd because when a delivery attempt is done a proper signature need to be collected its just a matter of 15 secs. sick dpd delivery service.

Today our ordered handcart Fuxtec CTL-900 arrived.
The packaging was dented and had holes in it.
The wagon was also damaged. Also had holes.

What I like is that an approximate time is given, which is even refined during the current day.

Unfortunately, the appointment change did not work.
Originally my shipment was supposed to be delivered on a Thursday.
Since I was not at home that day, I rescheduled the appointment to the following Saturday. Appointment would be confirmed so I waited all Saturday in vain.
Monday was then delivered.

The driver deliberately slams the front door because he had to drag the goods to the front door.
If I see the same driver again, but this time it bangs violently with him.

Sit at home, the delivery person doesn't ring the bell and simply leaves the parcel in front of the front door in rainy weather. In addition, a parking permit has been issued for the garage, but the packages have never been parked there!

passed on, because the behavior of the deliverer does not change! A few years ago we had a top delivery man who unfortunately took over another district and since then the delivery has been a single disaster.
DPD should rethink its business philosophy with regard to customer orientation! Training measures for deliverers are urgently required!

Under all sow my package simply placed in the stairwell without saying anything. I'm glad that my dear neighbor saw this

So far everything has worked out great for me!
I also think it's great to be able to follow / locate the last route so precisely!

I have specified my preferred delivery location !! On the 2nd floor, I was allowed to search my package for 20 minutes to find out that this package was simply thrown into the hedge next to my house!

DPD is the most reliable parcel service in this area. Great app with which you can track the vehicle and friendly drivers who can also find the address. UPS sent my package back after a week because they were unable to deliver it even though I had described the route twice and given my mobile number. Thank you DPD

DPD simply places the items somewhere in front of the office. If I had not been made aware of this by email, I would not have found the package. No ringing nothing. An impudence.

This time tip top and friendly. Last time, heavily pregnant, I was allowed to carry my 3-part pram up on my own in corona time.

Never again! The packages never arrive! Give us your OK - online I see the package as delivered, but there is nowhere a package. And so you can make phone calls yourself and get in touch with all kinds of customer services. DPD is not recommended, unfortunately there is no other way of saying it!

Did not choose a storage location or a storage contract and it is simply parked somewhere. Mess three times.

If the chosen place of storage - garage - I have to ask myself why the packages are only thrown over the fence and then "lie around" all day in the open!

Not only does the driver ring the bell and simply disappear, no, "unauthorized distance from the scene of the accident" is apparently everyday business for the drivers. If the driver drives his car into my driveway and bypasses a dividing wall to the neighboring property and simply strips off, that's a criminal offense, but even after 4 weeks nobody at DPD seems to care about the callback due to the regulation of the I'm still waiting for damage. I immediately filed a complaint with the police for this.

Already the second time something came with dpd and they claim the tried to deliver it to my place and I wasn t home like I am at home all the time they don t even try to ring your bell or atleast leave a notice or something. This company is not reliable at all

Unfortunately, my package was not parked at the agreed location. Obviously, lack of motivation to walk 6 m more. Instead of parking it in the specified place, roofed and not visible from the street, it stood 2 m away from the main street under the open sky next to the front door ...

No delivery even though we were at home. Not even a card in the mailbox. The parcel was then simply forwarded by the parcel carrier to the next parcel station (and this is not even at our place). I am very dissatisfied and will avoid DPD. I've never had such problems with DHL or Hermes. But that just shows that the drivers are very unqualified.

It was a bad delivery again, we stayed at home extra. The deliverer was supposed to be there, he wasn't there! The note came two days, come again. No card in the mailbox. Then after two more days I set the shop and called once. Answer, your package has been here for two days. It's a disaster with DPD. If possible, no more.

Although we were at home, the package was not delivered. We saw the DPD car drive away. The best thing is that we got a notification that the package was delivered.

For 2 times they pretended we were not at home while we were there. Then we gave a shop where to deliver and it failed again. At the customer service nobody reply. Overall just terrible service.

Unfortunately, you have to work on a strategy that optimizes delivery. Parcels do not arrive, even though you take the whole day off and wait for the parcel ... Suppliers are sloppy with the parcels ... simply hand them over to the neighbors on the first floor so that they do not have to go up the stairs ... unfortunately everything has already been experienced.

Unfortunately I am disappointed. The parcel carrier was there on time (according to the announcement email), but simply left it in front of the door without ringing the bell. I only found out through the subsequent delivery email that the package had been delivered. There is another way!

Absolutely outrageous delivery person who complained that I corrected my dogs so that they would NOT run to him! I should hurry up and he wouldn't deliver the parcels in the future, I could always pick them up in Koblenz. Not at all! I have never seen this before ... Friendliness and good upbringing of my dogs is normal for me, I guess the deliverer has a lot of "unfriendly" customers if he acts like this with everyone. Honestly: Respect for the customer is a minimum requirement for every delivery person - intelligence and courtesy are probably not.

I was at home and left a parking space for security. The package was canceled according to the mail. Even though I was at home. I can't find my package anywhere in the house. 55 gone

Got a package with frozen goods today. Unfortunately nobody rang my doorbell.

Due to my experiences with DPD and bad experiences, I gave my parking OK clearly in advance. However, the package was not deposited at the specified location yesterday. Wait another day until the next attempt. Sloppiness. DPD is really the most unreliable delivery service. The driver today was nice and left the package. Nobody knows what was going on yesterday. And you never get in touch with DPD. Sad club ....

Super fast delivery in Switzerland. Came faster than expected. Tracking through the website was reliable.

The ordered goods have been split into several packages - so that they are easier to carry - and yet the two deliverers put the package on the first floor and called us down to let us know that you will not carry the packages to the fourth floor . What kind of service should that be? We were assured by telephone that the parcel would be carried up to us (up to the 4th floor). But in reality we had to drag it ourselves.

Rang the doorbell, put it in front of the door and drove away before I opened the door. If I hadn't been at home, every passer-by would have been able to take the package with them ...

High value parcels are simply placed downstairs in the hallway of an apartment building. Such a thing is not possible !! Everyone has access to it and can steal the packages.

Parcel deliverer throws the parcel at my feet and just runs down in Polish cursing. OK. Can be lucky that she was a woman.

Today a package was thrown into the house, which definitely had a different recipient / different address.
Since there has been a new delivery person, nothing has worked for the DPD.

For two consecutive days, I was told that no one was home to take the package. Then I made the mistake and wrote that you should just put the package on your doorstep. I highly recommend never becoming this option! You can imagine the rest.

It's corona time, I understand that. I'm 89 and I was looking forward to my daughter's birthday present. The doorbell rang, someone said "Post" on the door opener phone and I hit the button. Since my daughter had added 1st floor as the address, I didn't walk well on the rollator, so I waited, but no one appeared. The visitor came hours later and brought me a package that had been lost in the hall among the other residents. I just say: NEVER AGAIN DPD !!!!!!!

It is the second package that is totally damaged on the outside within just under 3 weeks. The driver disappeared so quickly that you couldn't even refuse it. It is given to you in such a way that you only see the damage when the driver has already left the house. They are sporty. Please handle the parcels in such a way that you don't have to look in the future to see which parcel service brings the order and then rather refrain from buying from the seller.

If you are asked where a parcel can be parked and you then indicate the terrace behind the house, it is only stupid if the parcel is visible for everyone directly on the doorstep. Either neat then or not at all.

Despite the parking permit with a precise explanation of the (discrete) storage location, the two packages were placed in a completely different place for everyone to see and access! It shouldn't be like that, never again permission to park !!! :-(

The neighbor was handed over very well and a notification was immediately received online! First cream DPD keep it up really great !!!

Deliverer just throws a package from me and a neighbor onto the stairs after opening the front door so that it can be seen from the upper floor and gives you no chance to receive the package personally. It has already occurred to me that a program has "been lost". DPD postmen or officials often "lose" consignments.
Furthermore, parcels are simply placed on the doorstep without the recipient's convenience, even though no one is at home. It will not even try to redirect the shipment to a neighbor. The risk of the package being stolen is therefore very high.

Even though I waited a long time at home, my packages were delivered to the pickup shop, then I would have to pay a taxi to collect my packages.
My packages were put on the street without giving notice.
I can never recommend it, just disaster.

An insolence! Parcel simply parked in the entrance, not ringing although I waited at home.
But that seems to be the usual practice of DPD by now.

Package was supposedly delivered, but is nowhere to be found. Apparently the deliverers simply park the parcels in publicly accessible stairwells, neither ring nor answer. Unfortunately, neighbors report the same. I will no longer select the shipping option via DPD in the future.

VERY LASTEST RAIL !!!! PACKAGE JUST CANCELED !!! EVERYONE COULD TAKE THEM ON THE ROAD !!! IT WAS VERY EXPENSIVE GOODS! I shouldn't get my hands on this delivery man! If I have the choice -nieeeeeeeeeeelmal DPD !!!
