One star is too much. I have placed an order with a total of 6 packages. 1. Delivery with 3 parcels was delivered 5 working days later. The 2nd delivery with 1 package came today. Without tracking. Packages 4, 5 and 6 are now 1 week late. I also have no information about their delivery date. Since the packages are all heavy and large, I can not expect any neighbors to accept them. I am only put off by DPD via email. The sender (furniture retailer) is powerless. Can only recommend choosing a different logistics company in the future. Thank God the selection is available in DE. I'd rather pay a few euros more for delivery. DPD never again. I will avoid dealers who deliver with DPD.
