I always have (2) bad experiences with DPD deliver...

I always have (2) bad experiences with DPD deliverers!
-First time, the person left a note but when I went to the post office to ask the packer, nothing was there !! Guard disappeared.
-Yesterday I got an email that my packet was delivered to me but none came and I didn't get anything!
I don't know how these people work but never use DPD again. So bad!!!
