An absolute disaster !! What kind of "company" is it ???
Every time I dealt with DPD, something went wrong - either there is no attempt to deliver the parcel, just go to the parcel shop where I can pick it up, or it is three doors down in the garden with the neighbors I can look for it or the package just disappears.
If you then contact customer service, there is no answer !!
The consequence: never again DPD. If I could, it would be zero stars. I no longer buy anything that only DPD is used, my own parcels go exclusively to DHL (consistently positive experiences).
