Yes, I understand that the package is very high and one tries to avoid contacts. But none of this is a reason to make sensible communication and to have a system that ultimately leads to the recipient getting his package. When I imagine that the delivery is not about a package but about a medium-sized medical device. Then a day's delay is probably okay.
