The airport shuttle was booked a year ago according to Brian, Manager during the timeframe I needed to make my flight. I m here with 130 staff. If they knew a year ago they already booked their shuttle and they knew they might have a few of the 130 people from my group needing a ride to the airport....why wouldn t you be proactive and let customers know in advance so hey can plan their flights accordingly OR offer another solution to LOYAL repeat patrons! All I got was I m sorry . Poor management Hilton. I expect higher standards than that.

Really nice hotel with restaurant and bar. Great guest services and rooms.

The rooms aren't the standard "square". It threw me off a bit but it was pretty cool and interesting.

Nice quiet rooms. Comfortable clean beds. Everything was good except no tissue box in holder and it was dirty inside holder. Also tub could use re surfacing or simply replaced as it was peeling.

This hotel provided us the best option for our famy during our trip. The manager was really helpful. Thank you.

Stayed there for couple of nights this past weekend. Great place but most importantly, the GM, Kirby, is a great guy and knows how to provide great customer service. I accidentally booked my stay for the wrong date (a day too early) and got charged one night for no show. Kirby was kindly enough to credit it back since I stayed there two nights anyways. I will definitely stay there again.

The staff here was really nice and exceptionally polite. The pool did have LOTS of chemicals, and the HotTub was slightly broken.. (no hot water). BUT the in house bar made strong drinks and the restaurant food was delicious.

Got stranded in Denver with passport issues going overseas. This hotel went out of their way to help me get new photos and to the passport office and the airport again in less than 24 hours Great staff, Jesse Butler and Laura at front desk helped me schedule everything.

Very nice! Spacious lobby with plenty of seating for relaxation. Clean well taken care of indoor pool. Computers ready to use. Convenient resteraunt located in the hotel. Friendly helpful and polite staff. If you are looking for somewhere a bit more upscale then this should suit your needs!

Great location! One of my favorite parts of this hotel is its staff! The front desk specialist, Mercedes, not only got us checked into our room in no time at all but was also kind and knowledgeable of the area. This location is one of the best in the area. The rooms are updated and comfortable.

The hotel is pretty old, so everything wasn't even asas nice as most of the Hampton inns I've stayed at.

I wish I could leave here, but I'm stuck due to a conference! I haven't been in this hotel a full three hours and I'm already over it! No one wants to feel like this when traveling so far from home. I'm supposed to be at this conference to focus and recharge, but I've been met with rudeness and disrespect since the moment I came in contact with Monica at the front desk. Not only was she this way with me, but she was also rude to others. She made that check in process extremely and unnecessarily difficult. I didn't get any information about any of the amenities. I was never asked if I had Hilton Honors. I wasn't even asked about my luggage! She also refused to give me an additional key for the other individual staying with me (my flight arrives earlier). Monica said an additional key could be provided until that person came to check-in. Since when can you not get keys for the room you pay for? Based on other reviews, it seems the front desk has been an issue for a couple years now. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Not only was I met with negativity, but the room I was given had not been properly cleaned. The tub had hair and other nasty fluids all in it. Disgusting! This hotel is also not located around much. The only perks you get are the shuttle from the airport and the cookies (which Monica was extremely stingy about).

Update - During my stay, a bug was found in my bed under the covers. (See photos) The front desk staff person who answered the phone stated she could have someone take a look at it but they were fully booked and could not move my room. The manager and another staff member came to my room. The manager picked the bug up with her hands, smashed the bug, and threw it on the floor. She said it was a "Colorado bug" and she would send someone to change the sheets. I told her I don't sleep with you insects, I don't feel comfortable sleeping on that bed, and that I also have skin allergies and wasn't familiar with a "Colorado Bug" and how it could react with me if other bugs happen to be in the bed. She continued to say that the bug is harmless and she couldn't do anything. I proceeded to contact Hilton, and to all of our surprise, a room two doors down from my room was magically open.

This hotel is a disgrace to all Hilton hotels!

Love it here, been there over a 100 times has been a great experience every time.Lyuha at the front desk is always so nice and helpful I love her...Everyboby there is GREAT....

Close to the highway, really nice rooms. Had a little trouble using the "digital key" feature to unlock my room, but overall it was a very nice stay!

Visited hede for a shopping. A jewellery exhibition was put up here.

Very clean and nice hotel. The staff was very accommodating for all our requests. Free shuttle from and to the airport. Few small restaurants within a walking distance. I will definitely recommend and will stay again.

The room was a little warm but it was perfect lighting and the acoustics were amazing for the presentation!!

Bed was comfortable. Trash cans didn't have liners. Ice bucket didn't have a liner. Bathroom didn't have a mat for the shower to absorb the water on the floor.
What denver hotel wouldn't have the NFL network to watch a broncos game? Every denver hotel should have the NFL channel even if it's only in the bar. This hotel didn't. I was very upset. Probably won't stay here again. Especially during football season.

Nice hotel, room was very large, booty enough seating though, only a chair. WiFi was ok, streaming movies was tough.

Didn't have a continental breakfast, shower flooded with sewer water. Overall not very pleasing stay

I would never stay at this hotel again. They say the linen on the bed gets changed every 3 days, I checked in on Monday and checked out on Friday without the sheets being changed. How do I know the sheets weren't changed? I got chocolate on the sheet from the cookie they give you when you check in, the same chocolate was on the sheet until I checked out. The night stand had a big chunk taken out of the corner, the mirror in the bathroom had paint chipped off, in large chunks. The hook in the bathroom to hang towels was out of the wall. The shower head had a gaping hole next to it. Outlets were severely crooked. The plug next to the coffee maker pushed in to the wall, the coffee maker never worked. I am convinced that the housekeepers never cleaned, the same 2 visible pubic hairs have been present in the back wall of the shower since I checked in. The shower curtain has brown stains on it, the wall paper near the toilet has mystery brown stains. The closet mirrored door has a mystery slick, clear substance on it, since check in.
If the company that I work for hadn't paid for my stay all week, I would have left and checked in to another hotel.
It feels like whoever is in charge has given up. Most of these things are easily fixable but it doesn't seem like there is much quality control.

Wnet for a function, did not stay overnight. It was indeed a hotel ballroom. The food was hotel catering. I would call it reliable but predictable.

dated, shower needs maintenance, cold water last day

I just went to a training, I do not remember the name of the room, but it was something big. We had heat, and there was so much noise that I could not hear the speaker.

Well, first off, I opened the ice bucket & it stunk of urine! I called the front desk & it took them at least 15 mins to answer the phone. Second thing was the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night (twice) & I was told that it was a sprinkler system malfunction (safety first?). Guy at the counter said, "Our bad". Really? Third thing was this morning, the hand towel I had been using last night was still sort of still folded so I unfolded it all the way & there was a......not sure what it is.......spot on the towel. Ewwww. Hopefully no fire alarms tonight. Overall, lobby is clean & room looks clean (didn't get my swab kit out :) The price was JUST ok for the room -slightly disappointed.

Convenient but does not have much elese in terms of facilities.

I have stayed at this hotel several times when I'm in town and it has never dissapointed...

Pretty good times in Colorado for the first time with my girlfriend, staff was knowledgeable of the area and the food was pretty good at the buffet, prices are not too bad the small pantry either. I can say I would stay again only thing is I didn t get a chance to go to downtown Denver

My husband and I were looking to get away and have a peaceful night. When we checked in the front desk, the lady was nice. We got to our room around 11 pm so we were very tired. In the middle of the night our AC became weak and barley blew cold air. In the morning it became unbearable due to the sun now shining in our window.
I notified the front desk and the lady told me that since I didn t call in the middle of the night she could not do anything about it. After I did not get anywhere with the hotel staff I decided to take a shower so We could leave the hot hotel room. Getting in the shower I notice a clump of hair on the shower wall. I immediately called back down to the front desk and requested the manager comes to see the hair and see that my ac was not working correctly.
She came with maintenance man and after checking the AC he said that the AC works better in other rooms and to request certain rooms with better working ac. Which That was outrageous to me, I expect the ac works in every room.
The manager did not offer to have someone clean our bathroom I had to ask. While waiting for it to be cleaned we went down to the hot tub and the bubbles did not work. Again we reached out to the front desk and spoke with maintenance man. He told us that there are not bubbles in the hot tub.
We have stayed here many times before, we have never had an experience like this. Horrible service all the way around.

This place is amazing. They are best known for there fresh cookies they give when you check in.

The hotel and guest room was spacious, well kept, and very clean. In spite of being a little ways from the airport, a free shuttle ride was provided for us at 10:30 pm. The staff for breakfast was very friendly, and the food was good and expectedly priced.

Didn't stay here, ate the restaurant. The fish and chips was well below average. Soggy and not too flavorful. I was with a party of 6 and everyone else had great food, just avoid the fish I chips I guess.

Very clean, safe, and convenient free shuttle. Also within walking distance to the rail.

Nice Place Good Service Housekeeping detail needed more attention (curtains in hallway were pulled off). Trash left unattended in lobby for a long time.

Never been to a 3+ hotel without complimentary breakfast before. Guess I m going to IHOP and use my $10 wisely.

They closed a great portion of the parking lot for paving, so there was no place to park legally when we got here without the threat of being towed. You can't book a bunch of rooms and then take away the parking spaces. Seriously? Who planned this?

The pool was opaque from an algae bloom, the rooms by the freeway don't have enough sound insulation, and they don't credit your Hilton Rewards points if you book through a 3rd party such as Expedia.

The staff here, however, are the hotel's saving grace. Great people.

Nice hotel that's being renovated to update it. When I visited the restaurant and bar were in a temporary location, but the employees provided excellent service. Biggest downside is that the hotel isn't in the nicest area for walking to get to things.

So pleased with my stay here. My family was handed warm cookies when we arrived. Rooms are quiet, modern, and very clean. Room service available from restaurant on first level. Nice indoor pool and hot tub area. Staff have all been very friendly and efficient. Will definitely stay again.

This hotel is dated, dirty, and inconvenient. There is no reason to stay here.

Very nice staff, but room service food was wrong the first time, and made me sick the second time around.

Room was fine, really nice actually. I was there as part of a wedding group.

BUT - I was told the room was direct billed upon checkout and they refused to accept my cash payment. I tried several times to pay for the room, but they insisted I was good to go and that my card would not be charged, so I left. Then they charged my card for the room anyway! But since they insisted they would not do that, and since they didn't even call first, I didn't have enough money on the card to cover that charge and therefore my account was overdrafted by the charge.

They did not apologize, or offer me a discount to cover my overdraft fee, even though it was their fault that it happened. So because of that, I had to pay for a room with a card I did NOT want to use, rather than the cash I was more than ready to give them, plus $50 to my bank for the overdraft. I am NOT happy. I will never stay here again, these people are clueless. I had to speak to 4 different people before anyone could even tell me what happened, and I'm STILL waiting for a manager to call me back. I have worked at a hotel before and this kind of thing would have gotten me fired. Their employees should not be making assurances if they don't know what they're talking about. In summary: If you stay here, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD. Pay with cash - if they'll let you. Or just save yourself the hassle and stay somewhere else.

I can not say or explain how rude the front lady's are. I rented room for my daughter and her husband. In which they fly in for him to get results for medical test. And had to be put in hospital. Because of medical results. And Due to Covid 19 my daughter could not be, beside her husband and was sent away and when she returned to the Double Tree motel. She received rudeness at the entrance would not let in her room. Held her hostage for 45 min. All I am saying is don't associate here for business or personal affairs and I no due to covid 19 business operation has declined.

Despite being a small hotel, it was a bit of a maze. In addition, parts of the room looked nice and fairly newly redone while other parts looked dated and the bath tub faucet was sticking / challenging to work.

If i could give 0 stars i would my room was dirty it took them an hour to find my reservation for this being my first time at a double tree i will never do it again the staff was extremely rude and a little racist if you ask me they watched my every move like i didnt pay to be here like everybody else

A great hotel for a good price. Everyone is extremely pleasant and the rooms are absolutely clean. I've been to this hotel a few times and each time it is a great time.

I haven't stay there yet, but I'm scheduled to come in Aug spoke with a friendly bubbly woman she was so helpful. I inquired about romantic setups that the hotel offered as well as the availability of bed sizes and if I could be place in a room with a view of the moutains. She was so helpful which I was thankful for... I believe she stated her name was Miss Lenaya.. I'm now looking forward to this trip to Colorado even more

As a Diamond member and Hilton employee, I highly recommend this hotel. Hannah the front office manager is very personable and hands on. Front desk agent is definitely a jewel. The entire staff is wonderful

No complimentary breakfast... like whats even the point of a hotel if you dont get breakfast. Coulda slept in my car.

Very nice registration and gathering area. Nice amenities in the hallway (comfy chairs). Elevator is a bit spooky, but perhaps it is on the list for remodeling, which they are doing now.

The place was under construction but the staff was extremely accommodating.

The stay was good overall. My only complaint is the maid woke us up in morning by trying to get into the room. Despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. Luckily I had the top lock engaged, so it stopped her from walking in on us sleeping. Considering check out isn't until 11am, maybe 8:30am is a little early to just barge in. Also, Wifi didn't seem to go very fast in the room. I guess that's 2 complaints then.

We have never had a bad experience at any Double Tree we've ever been to. The room is great! The service is top of the line. The hotels are not cookie cutter looking. They are all unique.

Great rooms, food and staff....oh, and free cookies ;)
