Nice, very clean and comfortable. WiFi and breakfast only free if you have Hilton Honors

The staff is great! Very friendly and helpful! Rooms are clean! The only issue is that only one elevator is working at this time.

We were told that the hotel has 24 hour shuttle service, shuttles come every hour and we can call upon landing for pick up. We called at 2 am only to know that next shuttle will not come till 3:30 am. Breakfast was not upto the mark too and was not properly organized.

I loved this hotel. It was nice, room service was great and the warm cookies were the best.

The Hilton looks nice and is in a great area close to highways. I DID not stay overnight as a guest but was a guest at an event. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. I have no complaints.

Terrible they violated my disability rights and charged me for my and my daughters emotional support pets even though I was told on the phone it was a deposit.

I went there for a conference for my work. They had complimentary water that was ice cold so that was a bonus. But at one point the AC turned off and that was pretty much unbearable. Overall the experience was relatively good except for the 30 minutes that the AC turned off. Other than that it was a decent learning environment for The Unique implementations of work

Not the best DoubleTree we've stayed at. The shower knob was broken. Staff could've been more friendly.

The hotel is located in good spot. From outside it looks inpressive. But when you step I side it is dated, looking like it is from the 70's. The elevator are extremely slow. The hallways are ok except the carpet. Carpet throughout hotel is old and needs to be replaced.
Room was average at best. Lots of scratches on walls and furniture. Bed was good. Staff was nice.

Just was expecting more. Nothing terrible but nothing nice either.

I travel a lot and this is one of the nice hotels in the area. The room had plenty of room and was very clean. The hotel is conveniently located fairly close to the airport, lots if shopping and restaurants are close by. If you golf there us golf course close by as well.

Meeting room was well set up. Front desk very friendly. Decent options in the snack area.

Great location with easy access from 225. Had a great pool and a bar that was currently under renovation but looks to be nice when completed.

This place was amazing... The rooms were clean and spacious, with awesome ammenitites, besides the hot tub being closed. Front desk staff was amazing! Sent us complimentary wine with cheese and crackers for our one year anniversary. Will def stay here again! Jesse and Debbie at the bar were amazing. Fun and very helpful!

Great convenient location! Friendly helpful staff! Beautiful rooms! Like all doubletrees you got to love the free cookies! if doing breakfast there, we noticed the later you go, the better the quality. Early hours tended to have burnt or undercooked food, just not quite up to par.

Nice, but not top notch. Homeless couple in lobby, side stairs don't lead to lobby on 1st floor. The door there has an emergency alarm, so one has to backtrack to 2nd fl to get out.

Called to book a room but didn't have time to go through the reservations line as was boarding a plane. The woman on the desk said she was unable to reserve a room for me, not because she couldn't but because she was 'really busy right now!'. Ehhhh, what? Front desk too busy to take reservations? Heard it all now.

The staff is amazing and their chocolate chip cookies are the best!

They were remodeling the main entry, but they kept the distruption to a minimum the staff were great.

No refrigerator or microwave in the room and they charge a surcharge for Wi-Fi Usually Wi-Fi is free Rip off!

Lady with dark hair at the front desk gave me a smaller room than what I needed instead of telling me they were booked on the room I had reserved weeks before. Failed to bring me a fridge after offering to do so, and then proceeded to charge me 50$ more than what I had booked it for, even though I got a smaller room! The managers way of making things right? A SINGLE free breakfast coupon. There are two people in this room! Never coming here again!

Huge room! ( Booked a Standard King room)Very quiet! ( Requested upper floor, away from elevator) Food and service at "Jackdaw" restaurant was very good! ( Thanks, Van!) Bed was comfy, lots of pillows. Shower was tricky to figure put how to work it...just had to put a little muscle into it.....nice rainhead, though! A nice place to rest up for a night!

The hotel is conveniently around restaurants sports bars. It is really clean. The staff is really nice. The only thing I have negative to say is that there is no microwave or refrigerator in the rooms however staff did offer to bring a refrigerator up to my room the overall my stay here is great

Room was dirty and staff was rude. Please dress in formals only if you want the staff to treat you like a human. I am appalled that the people could consider there behavior as anything that resembled customer service. You should be able to walk from the shower to your bed without getting dirty feet. The ice machines rarely worked, and vending machines were not found. You have to pay for basic things you would get at many economy hotels for free. I can handle dirt, and inconvience, but please train your staff in basic skills of how to treat people... you know the ones you learn in pre- school. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I just want say they went above and beyond for me and my wife on our honey moon. But I'm sure if we went it would of been just as nice. They have all the amenities you could need. And not just the cheap stuff. My favorite thing was there verbena soap . The dinner was really delicious we ordered room service and it was there with 30 min. There staff was very knowledgeable on good places to go around Denver. He was able to answer slot of questions I couldn't get answers to online. There breakfast wasn't as good as there breakfast was it is left out in a all you can eat buffet style so if you are in to that then you will love it. I was just wanting gourmet. There pool was really nice although there hotub was turned off and dumped out and that was disappointing because we stayed here for that reason exactly. Over all our stay here was really nice. And I would definitely stay here again if they get there hot tub fixed!

Worn hotel that needs to refurbished. Customer service is lacking. $$$ for even a cup of coffee!

The sales and catering staff were very attentive to make sure our food good and guests were happy. Ali and his team were awesome to work with. Sales was also great to work with in making sure our rooms were ready clean and guests loved it. We will be back.

Nice hotel, construction during a conference was a downer.

Service is fast and friendly. My only issue with the service was receiving non-functional room keys when I first arrived. The front desk attendant actually brought me new keys on the 4th floor. I did not allow housekeeping to clean my room during my stay, but the maids were quite nice. The room/amenities are severely lacking. The room is nice, but no better than many cheaper hotels. The WiFi is not free. No fridge or microwave in the room. The TV is locked down like Fort Knox. Couldn't connect my own HDMI device to watch what I wanted to watch. The shower water pressure is non-existent.The walls are paper thin. I could hear my neighbors doing pretty much everything they did. Was awoken by noise in the hallways several times (and I'm a heavy sleeper).

I cannot say enough good things about the hotel and the staff here. I am an IHG Platinum Card member, soon to be their top Elite Spire level, and in 30 seconds the staff here made me feel more welcomed and that my business was more valued than I have experienced at any IHG hotel, even though my sister was the one who booked the reservation. If I did more business with Hilton and their credit card and rewards offer was better, I would have been all over it.

The room was spacious, well cleaned, and looked after. My sister's room was even larger with a great view of the mountains, although one of the windows was in desperate need of cleaning.

If I had to be nitpicky the area does seem a little sketchy and the hotel is in a very, very odd spot with a very odd layout and foot print. I also noticed that like a lot of hotels I've stayed in recently, the hotel store has gone dry. I assume this is to make people go to the bar inside the hotel, but I really just wanted a beer with none of the restaurant/bar bs.

That being said, the staff made my stay special and I would gladly stay here again.

Hotel restaurant had delicious fish and chips!! Good service; friendly people. At least half of all the hotel and restaurant staff that I saw were wearing their masks incorrectly (below their nose), which provides practically NO protection for anyone during this pandemic. There was a broken outlet cover in my room -- a safety hazard, and unusual for a Hilton property.

Rooms were is great shape but pool and bar/restaurant were a bit below par. Pool was heavily chlorinated and bar/restaurant was understaffed. Additionally, for as large and grand a hotel, there wasn't any complementary coffee in the morning. We were told to go use the Starbucks nearby.

Attended a Lyft clinic in the lobby with my husband. The Doubletree staff was helpful, the lobby was clean and comfortable, and there was free coffee available. Would visit again.

Construction was taking place in the lobby, with a strong solvent smell, but otherwise the quick visit was fantastic. I was there for a graduation event.

Went to a company X-Mas party, had a blast. Food was great, desert was great, plenty of room for everyone.

My whole family stayed at this hotel in January because our brother had passed away. The entire staff, especially the young lady at the front desk, was very kind, and even allowed us to have our own little memorial service, singing and all, in the lobby side nook. The rooms were lovely and large. I would for sure stay there again.

The building is currently under renovation but the staff is doing everything they can to accommodate the attendance during this time of inconvenience

Great experience! Only bad thing was that the pool was closed and that was one of the reasons why I picked this hotel for my one night visit.

My husband and I stayed here over the weekend and enjoyed the room and the employees were incredibly helpful. However, it was concerning when a vehicle or two were broken into over night in the hotel parking lot.
